Hi there! I am an animal lover of ALL kinds! All dogs no matter their breed or size are welcome here. I myself have 2 mixed breed adult dogs. One small named “Tiny Guy” and one medium to large dog named “Star Boy”. I also have an elderly rescue horse named “Jake” and about 20 Cichlid fish (most of which do not have names lol). I am just trying to make some extra income to recoup the money we spent on building the paddock for my horse. Unfortunately the property is not suitable for equine as we have Black Walnut trees and Creeping Charlie (a ground ivy) on the property - both of which are deathly poisonous to horses - but NOT DOGS! We have a big beautiful property but we are not farmers. My husband and I are pretty easy going. All we ask is that u be respectful, clean up after yourself and be kind! Enjoy! ⭐️😊🐕💕

Slip into the magical microforest where shaded trails and natural sniffs await the curious explorer. Two picnic tables give humans their own perfect perches: one tucked privately in the forest, the other right in the heart of the sunny backyard so you never miss the action. Meander along the old miniature train track paths — right now they’re a winter wonderland under a blanket of snow, but come spring and summer they’ll be groomed into charming walking loops that add a touch of whimsy to every visit. The firepit is currently closed for its royal renovation and will return bigger, better, and ready for cozy evenings this spring. You’ll find everything taken care of: dedicated off-street parking in our private driveway, complimentary poop bags, garbage cans, and a tote stocked with extra toys and balls for your dog to claim as their own while they’re here. We’re brand-new hosts who are absolutely thrilled to open our gates. Over the next few months we’ll be adding agility equipment, and by summer you’ll have a proper digging pit, the refurbished firepit, and (fingers crossed for hot days) a kiddie pool for cooling off. We want Barkingham Palace to be the best private dog space in the area, and we can’t do it without you. We offer a laid-back, luxury, resort-like setting; open field, lots of grass meadows, xl in-ground, concrete, dog-friendly pool (seasonal-Opens May 20th), huge fenced pool deck with lots of natural parkour levels, fenced tennis court, indoor washroom in the poolside cabana house, large outdoor fire-pit etc etc with loads of room for both dogs and their people. Two people and one dog are included in this price point and everyone is welcome in the pool! We use skimmer basket socks and an upgraded filtration system in order to be able to offer this one of a kind experience! Extra people and pets are welcome for extra fees. Please book accordingly. We also offer curated snacks and cold beverages at a cost. Please review extras. Our property is almost fully fenced, with partially fenced areas for both big and small dogs in mind. We provide a water hose and bucket for dog’s drinking. We have several lux seating areas for you and tennis, basketball and lawn games (upon request) to keep you and the kids busy. For the dogs we have all sorts of fun activities; natural parkour around the pool deck and lots of areas to keep them interested! There is a pooper scooper. We compost waste so no bags needed. Just scoop and put into the provided bucket. Unlimited on-site parking. NOTE: please respect your booking times: both check in and check out times. We have a full schedule and need the in between times to reset. As well, some of our clients have dogs that are both other pet and human reactive so we would never want any of our guests to meet other guests. NOTE: the pool is a beautiful concrete pool with a wide staircase comfortable for people and pets to enter. We have an upgraded filtration system in order to be able to offer this incredible experience in this beautiful space, however, we all have to work together to ensure it remains very well maintained and as such, we ask that your pets be very well groomed before entering the pool.
