Please pick up after yourself and your dog and leave the yard as you found it. I have a puppy pool sprinkler zone you are welcome to use just please be respectful and don’t leave the water on once you leave or turn up all the way and run up the bill. I have neighbors that share the drive so there is parking on the side of my driveway in the lot on the left side of my condo by the fenced in yard you are more than welcome to park and use. I do not have an outdoor restroom but I am happy to let you inside to use my restroom if I am home when you come to use the backyard. The yard is fenced in, please make certain to latch gates securely when entering or exiting the yard play area. I have provided the sanitizer and poop bags as well as a trash can so please pick up after your dog. My yard has gardening and flowers so please do not allow your dog to dig and mess up the flower beds they can poop and pee wherever just try to avoid digging and destroying what is left of my flower beds with my two puppies I’m raising now. Please also be mindful of neighbors and barking. I live where golf carts pass by so if your dog is barking please reprimand them and try to get your pup to chill if possible. My dogs bark at golf carts but I’m trying to train them to chill :)
