We liked the spot but my boyfriend stepped on a fishhook, which worried us about our dogs safety.
Host replied: Oh no so sorry to hear that ! Thank you for letting me know it’s never happened before. We will scout around and make sure there are no more . Thank you

This was my first negative experience with sniff spot. We left this location after 15 minutes. My dog is close to 65 lbs and this was not a secure location for him or any size dog. The fence was broken in places, all gates were all left open, and there were piles of dirt and debris in the yard. The grass had not been mowed and was very tall. The whole reason I use sniff spot is so I can let my dog run off leash. This is not a location where you can do that. Erika was very nice but the property did not look as pictured.
Host replied: I apologize for your experience as I mentioned on our message the storm Did some damage on the fence and we are getting it fixed this week. My husband has been out of town he gets back today and will get grass taken care off . The side with debris and dirt is extra acreage for those interested optional place — the main focus of Sniffspot is in the pond area . I apologize your experience didn’t go well and will look into improving everything now that storms have passed. Have a great day !

If you have smaller dogs they can certainly escape through the fencing. Decent sized Paddock to run in. A few shade trees.

Our dogs had a great time! Spot is well maintained and very clean. The pond was a bit low due to the hot weather but the dogs loved playing in the mud (host allowed us to use hose afterward thankfully). The spot is very quiet and peaceful. We look forward to visiting again!

Fully fenced property close to 1.5 acres. You will be able to drive in and close the gate behind you before letting your dogs out. I have one horse that I will put in his stall.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
