Description

The main play area is a private half-acre fenced space located near our garden area. The fencing is a combination of traditional farm fencing and electric livestock fencing commonly used on rural properties. Most dogs do very well in the space, but owners should use their own judgment based on their dog’s temperament and experience around farm-style fencing. Guests also have optional access to a wooded trail through the back 15 acres of the property for walks and exploring. The trail is not fenced, so leashes are recommended unless your dog has strong recall and you feel comfortable allowing off-leash hiking. This peaceful country setting offers plenty of room for sniffing, exercise, training, and stress-free outdoor time away from crowded parks.

This is a working farm property. Guests may encounter uneven ground, mud after rain, wildlife scents, farm equipment in the distance, and electric livestock fencing around part of the play area. A wooded trail through the back acreage is also available but is not fenced.

Additional rules

Dogs should remain supervised at all times, especially near farm fencing and around the wooded trail area. The backwoods trail is available for guests to enjoy, but it is not fenced, so leashes are recommended. Please respect farm animals and avoid entering animal enclosures or barn areas unless invited. Please close gates behind you when entering and leaving the property. We ask guests to be respectful of the garden area and avoid allowing dogs to dig or damage plants.

Hi I'm Erika, I have a Goldendoodle named Polly, our sniffspot is located just 2 blocks from downtown Marshall-exact address provided upon reservation. We have a fenced in front and back yard (which can be separated by closing the side gate if you would rather only use the backyard). Polly will be kept inside and away from windows so you and your baby can have a fun and relaxing time. There is seating with shade on the front porch and seating on the back porch that you're welcome to use. As seen in pics there is also a blue tote next to the stairs in the backyard filled with water for squirt guns (provided), my dog loves to try to catch the water from the squirt guns. Make yourself at home. There is a basket on the patio table of things like hand sanitizer, bug spray, sun screen, Band-Aids (hopefully you don't need them but they're there just to be safe). Help yourself to anything you need. A water dish will also be provided which is washed after every reservation. Puppy pool can also be freshy filled for additional charge.
