Welcome to Pooch’s Paradise! I’m Kaitlyn, a professional dog trainer who owns Kaitlyn’s Dog Training. My dogs are basically my children, and the entire yard has been catered to them and my clients’ dogs. This half-acre yard is fully fenced (6 foot privacy, plus a 4-ft chain link surrounding a garden area), and even has a double-gate system to enter and exit, like you would see at a dog park to add extra safety. There are tons of enrichment activities available. I always have a wide variety of toys, a children’s climbing playset, a large ball pit, agility equipment (tunnels, a full AKC regulation size A frame and a small practice A Frame, a miniature agility dog walk, a teeter totter, a pause table, a full regulation size 16 foot PVC tunnel, a couple bar jumps, and a panel jump. Additional equipment being added soon, including a tire jump, weave poles, and eventually a regulation size dog walk.) ** I also have kiddie pools and/or a treat scavenger hunt I can add if you give advance notice and select it as an add-on option.** There’s a gazebo that offers shade and seating. There’s a tote by the entry gate that contains clean towels and also a Mudbuster tool for cleaning off paws. We do everything we can to provide the absolute best experience for you and your dog, and we think you’ll love it! The only dogs I have ever allowed on the property are vaccinated, healthy, and up-to-date on flea & tick prevention. All the pups who visit my home find that the yard is quite literally their own personal playground, and I know your dogs will love it too!

2 Acre Fully Fenced Private Yard

*Rescue and foster dog friendly* Welcome to Damascus’s Dream! Here you find a fully fenced in ~2 acres yard to enjoy. The yard features a covered pavilion, a small decorative pond, a hose, and fruit trees. There is a lot to get your pup’s sniffer going- plenty of wild animals grace our spot and provide endless nose enrichment. The yard is perfect for fetch, too! We also provide another ~2 acres of non-fenced in trail/walking path into the wilderness behind the yard. Here you can walk your pet for a real nature experience. You will see fresh deer tracks, berries, rabbits, and plenty to enjoy. If you are interested in this, please let me know in the booking so I can provide instructions and show where the property line is.

The Orchard 🍎

We’re excited to share our private 2-acre organic apple orchard with you and your dog! It is completely enclosed with a 10-foot tall fence. It’s great for dogs who love to run as well as those who need a quiet place to explore. Because our farm sits a bit off the main road, it is usually a peaceful and relaxing environment. There is occasional mud especially right after a rain. There are bee boxes located outside of the back/northern fence line (your dog will not be able to access them). Due to the nature of our property and the outdoor environment, I cannot guarantee the absence of wildlife, wildlife scat, insects, mud, fallen fruit, weather-related conditions, or other natural elements. By booking a visit, guests acknowledge these conditions may be present. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your visit and thank you for understanding!!

Beagle Boot Camp

This spot was developed as a starting pen for beagles. Brush piles, food plots, and secure cover were established for rabbits. Elevated observation decks (use at your own risk) were built for dog owners to observe their dog working a running rabbit. This spot is designed for beagle use but is multi use for all breeds of dogs. This spot is located in the "country" with easy parking and access. There are very few distractions which allows you the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful experience on mowed trails with plenty of area to investigate, and plenty of scents to stimulate your dogs sniffer.

Maple Ridge Farms-100 Acre Woods

Our 100 acre farm has been in the family for over 30 years. We have put a lot of time and effort into the property. And we would love to share it with you and your fur family to. The trails are all very well maintained. You will likely see birds, deer and plenty of wildlife throughout the trials. We hope to see you out and about enjoying it just as much as we do with all of our animals. ****Notes**** Happy WINTER❄️☃️Please keep the weather in mind. All of our trails are in the woods. We try our best to drive the trails and keep them open as much as we can snow permitting 💪❄️ We HIGHLY recommend if the wind is Above 15 mph to reschedule. (You can cancel and get your money back-we understand) We just don’t want you or your pet getting hurt if anything were to happen in the woods. One other thing. Don’t forget bring those Boots. 🥾 All of our trails are usually dry. But if you do come after it snows or rains it could be a little muddy. There could also be some sticks on the trails if it happens to be super windy the day before and we can’t always get them cleaned up right away-we do apologize in advance 😊💪 One other thing: if it's snow, we don't put the water buckets out because we don't want them to freeze. I have a 50foot by 50foot fully fenced in back yard that come with toys water bowls sprinkler head and other fun options, for us fur parents I have a table with chairs including zero gravity chair electric access outside as well as a indoor area for more play.I do accept cash app. Only thing I ask is that your fur babies have a great time and please fill up the bowl with cold water for them to drink

Squirrel Hollow Golf Course can provide a great place for your pup to explore in peace during the winter months. The clubhouse would be staffed and small handfuls of people may or may not be present. No other dogs or pets. The ponds on the property are man-made and very shallow and mucky… If your dog is a pond jumper, just beware! ⚠️🤣🐾 Feel free to stop in the clubhouse and grab a pop or a cocktail to take on your walk… Definitely bring a leash as the property is not fenced in. The Squirrel loves dogs!! 🐾
