The property is under 5 acres in a residential rural community. There is lots of unfenced yard as well as a mostly fenced pasture (electric fence is NOT on). Would work best for dogs that need to run or play that listen to their owner and are not likely to run off as the fencing was designed to keep livestock in the pasture, not dogs.

Welcome to Sully’s Sniffspot! We are excited to share our yard with you and your furry friends! When you arrive, come through the gate to the fully fenced (chain link, 4' tall) backyard where your dog(s) can run and play! There is a steep hill with cement stairs (no handrail) and lots of trees and plants to explore. There are dog balls scattered around the yard. I’ll leave out a water bowl and jug of water. There are waste bags in the plastic bin by the window for your use and a trash can by the gate. Please make yourself comfortable on the patio and kids are welcome to play. For the shy, fearful or reactive dogs: Our neighbors on the north side of us (the side with the short trees along the fence) have two kids who might come up to the fence to talk and try to pet your dog without asking first. We have tried teaching dog safety but this has not helped. If you have a human/kid reactive dog, weekdays before 2:30 during the school year are going to be the best time for you to come. I will update this if the situation changes. Other neighbors are occasionally outside but keep to themselves when guests are here. Our immediate neighbors do not have dogs. There might be people walking their dogs on the street. There are dogs across the street and a few houses down who are occasionally in their yard and can be seen from the hill in our yard. Our dog will be inside and not visible from the back yard when you’re here. Foster dogs: Reach out if you have a foster dog and the cost is a barrier for you. Please park on the road or near the entrance until spring thaw or it dries up! pretty muddy on the path. The riverbed, field and fenced area are all open for play! A couple paths are a little squishy but you'll be able to see ahead. The road is wide open so it's safe to park there. Your car is visible to traffic. We have a beautiful piece of land with a mostly fenced perimeter and 1/3 acre fully fenced doggy play area. If you drive in by the picnic table you are in the center of 18 acres to play on and will be quite a distance from the road. There are mowed walking paths to the beautiful Kinnickinnic river, far away from other people and animals. You and your dog will love it here! The river is cold and easy for dogs to hop in and out, (not easy for humans right now). If you want to keep them out of the water there is about 10 acres of open field where you park, separate and above the river so you don't need to have them down by the water at all. (although most dogs gravitate to there!)

Fully fenced acre backyard with a huge patio, chairs and table, a pavilion with couches, and lots of places for pups to play (and for humans to relax!). There is a big hill. All are welcome, and this is also a great spot for nervous or anxious dogs to feel safe and run free! Please note during winter (nov-end of April) the following things are not available due to snow and freezing temps: chairs, toys, water, bags and hoses ❄️ you’re welcome to bring your own chairs!

Welcome from the Oak Ridge Standard Poodles and their humans! We invite you to stop by and visit! The yard is fully enclosed with a 6 foot bamboo privacy fence and there is plenty of room to run and play. You'll have full access to a yard level deck, two patios, and a fire pit. There are chairs and tables in various spots year round. When the weather allows, there are additional items including a sectional couch, dog cots, and hammocks as well as lawn games and a speaker/radio upon request. During your visit, you'll have access to a freshly filled gravity water bowl, dog treats, a few toys, towels, wipes, and more! There will be regular sized poop bags as well as larger plastic bags for any cleanup needs you may have. We also provide bottled water for the humans as well as sanitizer if needed. The resident dogs cannot see you from anywhere in the yard, even if your pups wander to the top of the stairs. You may hear neighborhood children at the nearby park. One of our next door neighbors has dogs that could be outside in their fenced yard and may see you upon arrival. However, once you are inside the sniff spot, those dogs will not be able to see you. Guest Wi-Fi: Network-sniffspot Password-sniffspot Parking/Security- We strongly prefer that you pull into the driveway and park on the left side close to the house/garage. Once parked, this area is not visible to our dogs from inside the home, which means they are less likely to bark hello greetings. 🐩 It also means the curious/friendly/inquisitive neighbors will not approach you. Gated access to the sniff spot is on the left side of our home just a few feet from the designated/recommended parking area. The gate is secured with a lock that is opened with a code. You may wish to unlock the gate first and then get your pup out of the vehicle. Security cameras monitor all outdoor spaces. We live on 3 1/2 Acres 8 miles east of River Falls WI 3 of that fenced in with a pool, jolly balls, and weeds to go exploring… a path is mowed around the inside fence line and a few paths thru the weeds…
