Yes, we are OPEN year-round! One quarter acre dog play area, fully fenced, for your dog to run and play safely off-leash. Conveniently located in the heart of Oshawa - just 3 minutes north of HWY 401! All sizes and breeds welcome! Perfect if your dog(s) are timid or reactive, who live in apartments or have tiny yards, or who just aren't a good fit for public dog parks. Great place to work on your training! A variety of toys for your active dog(s), lots to sniff if your dog(s) prefers to just wander around - we have a sensory walk and garden! Lots of seating and shade - so you can enjoy yourself too! We are located only 10 minutes west outside of Peterborough. Our property is home to wildlife such as turkeys and deer - although it may be rare to spot them. **WINTER DISCLAIMER** Due to the size of our property, our trails are not plowed during the winter so we highly recommend wearing winter boots, spikes, snowshoes to enjoy the trails.

Welcome to Durham Regions only Sniffspot with in ground salt water pool, and fully fenced 6 ft high privacy fence allowing your dog to zoom around the whole 1 acre grass backyard! 🤩 We absolutely love dogs, having 5 rescue dogs of our own, we know how tough it can be to find a safe and secure property for them to run and enjoy themselves! So we created our own little backyard heaven for them and would love to share it with others ! Whether it be your dog needs lots of space to run, or prefers to take it slow and sniff around, maybe they are a bit shy or reactive to other dogs/people, our backyard is the perfect space for them to relax, feel safe and explore on their own terms! Lakes in Ontario are often full of high levels of 🦠 bacteria, which can be harmful to pets, don’t risk it, stay safe by bringing them to the pool ☺️ Is it your pups birthday ?? We can set up a table for them for an extra $10 in “extras” - includes tablecloth, banner, dog treats and birthday hat 🎩 We can also accommodate “ Paw-ties”!! 🐾🥳. For up to 20 dogs! For cost please send us a message! We do have 5 rescue dogs, so you may hear some barking from inside, but there will be NO visible or personal contact from our dogs. Pool- if you would like to use the pool with your dog, we would be happy to have you come kick back and relax 😎 This is an additional $15 fee per person per hour and must be booked in the “extra” section when booking in your dog(s) We will provide a towel and pool float for you! 🥰 4 people max, and for 2 hours max. (longer bookings can be accommodated for a fee) No children under 3 in the pool please. No alcohol permitted on the property. There is free street parking either on our street or the side street beside us ✨We don’t supply life jackets for dogs/humans. So if you or your pet is unsure about swimming it is recommended to bring one. ✨ We donate 10% of all profits to a dog rescue that is near and dear to our heart! So we appreciate every single one of you and by visiting us you help dogs in need! 🐶🥹❤️ Max people on property is 4! (We can accommodate larger groups but for an extra fee) IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD this is out of our hands, and is put in place by Sniffspot. They also take 22% off the top plus a 3% transaction fee from us. We looked at a local kennel close to us with a pool, and seen they charge $20 for 20 minutes. So total it would be $60 for an hour. Plus there are lots of other dogs at the facility which doesn’t work well if you have a reactive dog. We on the other hand are 100% private just for you, and our prices are per hour not just 20 minutes. We wanted to price ourselves as fairly as we could to cover our cost, while still staying as cheap as we could for your pet! 🥰 Safety note- You are fully responsible and liable for your personal safety, your kids safety, and your dogs Safety while in the pool and/or on the property and by booking you acknowledged this and have agreed to this. This is an open yard, but we have made a dog park like fenced in for our dogs. Raised Dog bed, toys, bowls and poop bags available. Agility equipment available upon request. Spring pole available with a soft mat at the bottom to prevent doggies from injuries. Feel free to use the rest of the yard outside of the fence.
