Just outside the fence, you’ll find our brook, which guests are welcome to enjoy with leashed dogs—it’s a great spot for pups who love water! What’s included: * 4 ft tall fenced yard * Chairs + picnic table for relaxing * Water bowls * Dog toys * Poop scooper * Off-street parking (driveway) Important fencing notes (please read): The fencing is basic 4 ft wire fencing. About 1 acre fully fenced in yard with a 6 foot privacy fence, except the gate - (which is 4 ft chain link). Bench & patio furniture for the humans. Cushions are in the shed, please just return them to the shed after use. We have poop bags, a trash bucket, water dishes, and toys also in the shed along with a kiddie pool you can use. In the summer there is a water faucet attached to the barn, right in the yard to fill the kiddie pool or water bowls. A frost free faucet located right outside the fence, on the back of the house is usable all year. Both are fed from a natural spring on property for crystal clear water. Please note we are are a working wooshop so you may hear, and occasionally see people, on your walk to the backyard.
