There are no shelters or structures but you may bring your car through the gate and bring any additional items you would like. The only shade is in the evening from trees. To enter pull in at the dark blue house, take a left and drive through the lawn to the gate. You may park anywhere inside or outside of the fenced area, and leave the gate open when you leave.

Hi I'm Erika, I have a Goldendoodle named Polly, our sniffspot is located just 2 blocks from downtown Marshall-exact address provided upon reservation. We have a fenced in front and back yard (which can be separated by closing the side gate if you would rather only use the backyard). Polly will be kept inside and away from windows so you and your baby can have a fun and relaxing time. There is seating with shade on the front porch and seating on the back porch that you're welcome to use. As seen in pics there is also a blue tote next to the stairs in the backyard filled with water for squirt guns (provided), my dog loves to try to catch the water from the squirt guns. Make yourself at home. There is a basket on the patio table of things like hand sanitizer, bug spray, sun screen, Band-Aids (hopefully you don't need them but they're there just to be safe). Help yourself to anything you need. A water dish will also be provided which is washed after every reservation. Puppy pool can also be freshy filled for additional charge.

This is a ranch / farm in Grass Lake, MI with 4+ acres of open area for dogs to run, play, train, and practice off leash training. We have a walking trail / path that goes all the way around the 10 acre parcel as well! There is a picnic table, trash can, some dog toys, 2 outdoor water spickets with stainless steel bowls, and 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs that live on the property, who are lovable and available for play time if desired. The property also has 2 horses and a mini bull that are contained in an electric fence and barn. The property has tons of wild life that walk upon it including deer, raccoons, squirrels, birds, turkeys, ducks, and sandhill cranes. Please let us know in advance if you are coming, the time frame, and if you would not like our dogs to be out when you are here, so we can plan accordingly!
