Our beautiful 1/4 acre with a gorgous hillside view of peaceful pine trees is located in Vandercook Lake. It is a great yard to relax and romp in.Doggy pools are on site depending on the weather as well as toys to play with and of course drinking water for our furry friends. Flowers and small gardens are on the property .The yard is basically full sun, but shade is provided from the trees on east and south sides of the yard. Appropriate accessories will be on site to assist with doggy clean up.

Our spot offer private uninterrupted sniff time, less distraction for more reactive dogs, and privacy. A Field with Milkweed and lots of butterfly's Iin the sumner and beautiful snows in the winter. .There is plenty of shade and places to cool off, including use of hose to fill pool. Would like to fill only 1/4 oif the way then empty when finished. I will put a fla by the faucet for hose. HOSE NEEDS TO BE TURNED OFF when done filling pool VERY IMPORTANT. Please do not allow off leashe dogs to approach my kennels. Training will be in process with other dogs in building. Property is also groomed against ticks , mosquitoes, or other pests. I run a training/boarding facility for dogs so we have a person that works with MSU for safe and effective treatment for ticks, bugs, fleas or other common nuisances in our region. Your dogs safety is our priority.

Conveniently located right off the B2B trail and across the street from Timber Town, this spot offers a unique mix of nature, enrichment, and fun. Upon arrival, you’ll find a designated parking spot and a peaceful trail that winds around the back of the property to the park entrance. Along the way, you’ll pass our duck enclosure and pond—feel free to stop and say hi! If you'd like to feed the ducks, they love shredded lettuce or diced cucumbers (please, no bread). At the end of the trail, you’ll find a double-gated entry with a separate area for leashing and unleashing your dog safely. Inside, your pup will have the freedom to explore about a quarter-acre of fenced-in space, featuring fun enrichment structures like a dog bridge and stacked hay bales for climbing, sniffing, and playing. This space is ideal for dogs who prefer a quiet environment without the stress of other dogs nearby. While our fence is 4 feet high and the area is smaller than some, it’s a great spot for dogs who just need a safe, fun place to burn off energy and enjoy nature. Welcome to my Sniffspot! Over an acre of fully fenced romping wonderland for your furry friends. Set in a very peaceful, private area in Okemos. Ample, lined parking on-site. Private gated entrance to the puppy playground. Amenities include a pool, water bowls station, poop clean up station with bags, tools and a trash receptacle. Chew toys, fetch toys and tug toys. A garden hose and dog towels for clean-up. For our two-legged guests, we have a beautiful, spacious sun or shade back deck with ample seating, ample seating amongst the property in the shaded grass, Wi-Fi and chilled bottles of water.

15 acres completely fenced in with a large pond (approximately 4 acres), and a stream. The pond is spring fed with fish and other aquatic wildlife.
