Our beautiful 1/4 acre with a gorgous hillside view of peaceful pine trees is located in Vandercook Lake. It is a great yard to relax and romp in.Doggy pools are on site depending on the weather as well as toys to play with and of course drinking water for our furry friends. Flowers and small gardens are on the property .The yard is basically full sun, but shade is provided from the trees on east and south sides of the yard. Our property is a 12 acre lot with a seven acre hayfield at the back. We have a runoff creek located along the edge the property that fills with up to one foot of water during the rainy season, as well as a trail around the hayfield they goes along the creek. We do have one dog on our property, while she is dog friendly, she will be kept inside during all bookings for the safety of all animals involved. Our neighbors on the adjoining property have two small dogs, which are not visible from the main play area, only if you walk the trail around the field. We provide a water pump from our well that can be used to fill the community dog bowls, a picnic table and grilling area(provide your own 1lb propane tank), as well as a 40 foot chain that can be anchored anywhere on the property. During the growing season (may-september) access to the hayfield is restricted for humans only, as footsteps through the field break the alfalfa, however off leash dogs may have access to the field year round. Keep in mind this is an unfenced property on a county road, dogs should be properly trained off leash or kept on a lead at all times for their own safety.

Would like to fill only 1/4 oif the way then empty when finished. I will put a fla by the faucet for hose. HOSE NEEDS TO BE TURNED OFF when done filling pool VERY IMPORTANT. Please do not allow off leashe dogs to approach my kennels. Training will be in process with other dogs in building. Property is also groomed against ticks , mosquitoes, or other pests. I run a training/boarding facility for dogs so we have a person that works with MSU for safe and effective treatment for ticks, bugs, fleas or other common nuisances in our region. Your dogs safety is our priority.
