Welcome to a peaceful, fully fenced private space designed for dogs to run, explore, and just be dogs 🐕 This wide-open 1-acre yard offers plenty of room for zoomies, fetch, and off-leash freedom, with a mix of sunny open space and shaded areas from surrounding trees. ✔ Fully fenced for privacy ✔ Easy parking in front (short walk to backyard) ✔ Hose and water station available for your pup ✔ Quiet, private setting — no other dogs on site This space is ideal for reactive or nervous dogs who need room away from other dogs and people, as well as high-energy pups who just need space to run. Best suited for medium to large dogs. Very small dogs may be able to fit through some areas of the fence, so please use your discretion. Neighbor dogs may occasionally be seen or heard from a distance. This yard was once enjoyed by our own sweet dog, and we’re happy to now share it with others looking for a safe and stress-free place for their pups. Come enjoy the space and let your dog have the freedom they deserve 💛

Hi! I’m April, a dog lover and mom who created Willow’s Yard as a peaceful place for pups to run, sniff, explore, and just be dogs. Our space is private, spacious, and always growing as we continue improving the property. I want guests and their dogs to feel relaxed, welcome, and safe while visiting. The property is a small working farm on Johns Island with goats, chickens, geese and ducks. There are 20+ acres of undeveloped land. Approximately half of it is fields that aren't currently planted. Some of the fields are cut low and some are high grass with lanes cut through them. The other half of the property is woods. There are also several ponds. The property is perfect for training dogs to track or retrieve or just to let them explore.
