Fully fenced vacant residential lot near South Post Oak and Willowbend. We love to take our dogs here to stretch out and play and are happy to extend that freedom to you. Just bring your own water and toys. Please clean up after your pet. One fence is a chain link about 4 foot tall so not ideal if your dog is a jumper! Enjoy the bench in the shade to chill and relax while your pups have a blast!

The Back 40

When you book "The Back 40" you have access to the original, smaller, The Mannerly Dog Sniffspot, so no one will be using it while you're here! You'll still have your own private dog park, just a bigger one. You will not see us or our dogs. One neighbor has chickens - they are catty-corner to The Back 40, in the rear. They are in a pen and may cluck or crow at times. the yard catty-corner on the other side occasionally has a couple of dogs in it, but it's pretty rare - it could happen though. You might see or hear humans on the other side of the wooden fence that runs the full 300 feet along the side of both Sniffspots. Otherwise, the area is serene and quiet with plenty of squirrels and birds. Sit and rest or play with your dog - either way, we hope you enjoy your visit!

Lucky Dog Fosters Inc. is a certified 501(c)(3) non-profit located in Pearland Texas. We have a sizeable half acre backyard for your dog(s) to enjoy privately which includes fresh drinking water, a water hose for bathing, a kiddie pool to play and keep cool, a tree swing for the humans to relax on, and much more. Enjoy scenic views, a wildflower meadow, stroll through the garden and under the trellis and maybe even spot a bald eagle or other birds. We have some really great extra available too! We welcome all breeds here! There are lots of dog friendly restaurants in the area. Plan a day of fun for yourself and your furry besties! There is a Whole Foods down the street. Pick up some snacks and enjoy a light bite under the umbrellas. (Just make sure to read all rules, please!) We want you to have a a great and safe time here! There is a kiddie pool available for the pups, you may want to bring a towel to dry them off. There is a large dog cot as well.

The Barkery

Hi! Welcome to our backyard! We have a large fenced in backyard we’d love to share with you! We have two small yorkies, but rest assured, they will be kept inside during your visit, and the backyard will be exclusively for you. We have plenty of seating options including rocking chairs and benches. We also have a small table and a cooler available for use. On our deck, enjoy our large oscillating fan and shaded area. We also have an electrical outlet and wi-fi is included. For the doggos we have a kiddie pool, water hose, toys, water bowl, towels, and poop bags. For those sunny days, feel free to add on extras like our misters or misting fan. We also offer snack and drink packages! We hope you’ll enjoy our backyard!
