We also have baggies available incase you need some. Very peaceful and enjoyable if you just want to walk and have fun or train and run through our trail you will definitely have a work out!

Welcome to our peaceful one-acre property, perfect for dogs that love space, exercise, and water. The fenced pool and patio area provide a secure place for dogs to play, relax, and cool off in our inground pool. Outside the fenced pool area is a large open lawn with plenty of room to run, explore, and enjoy the outdoors. Please note that the one-acre lawn is not fully fenced, so dogs should have reliable recall or remain on a long lead. Owners can relax on the patio while their dogs enjoy the yard and pool. Each reservation includes up to two human guests. To help maintain a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone and manage occupancy, additional guests are welcome for an added fee per person. This back yard is fully fenced with driveway guest parking. There is a mix of both sun and shade, and a hose for water. The grass is treated for bugs in the spring and kept short through the summer. No people or dog distractions at my property, so the place is all yours to wander. I absolutely love making this space comfortable for dogs & owners to stretch their legs in peace. Welcome! Tucked away in downtown Antioch is a hidden one-acre private dog park where dogs can run, sniff, zoom, dig, splash, and play to their heart's content. Reservation only - just you and your dog. 🐾 For the Dogs: I have a feeling you're going to love this backyard. It's a full acre of fenced-in freedom, hidden behind the houses like a secret playground. There's plenty of open space for epic zoomies, mature trees that are almost certainly hiding squirrels, and even a special corner where digging is enthusiastically encouraged. If you visit after a good rain, you might discover a muddy little spot that's perfect for rolling around and getting dirty (you're welcome.) No rain? No problem. Cool off in the doggy splash pad instead. Of course, you'll also find plenty of other toys waiting for you, like tennis balls, frisbees, and those squeaky toys you love to throw into the air (you know the ones). For the Humans: While your pup burns off some energy, you can enjoy a surprisingly peaceful and serene backyard, especially considering it's only a half block off Main Street in downtown Antioch. In the middle of the yard you'll find our old chicken house. It retired from raising chickens years ago and really just sits there looking cute. But it does have a little patio with chairs, a basket of dog toys, and a water spigot with fresh water for thirsty pups. 🌳 The Property: Our property is located just north of Sequoit Creek Park and the Antioch Public Library, only a half block off Main Street. The backyard is fully fenced and has convenient, direct access from the driveway. Guests have two dedicated parking spaces in the large circular driveway, set well away from the house. The yard is usually quiet and peaceful. Occasionally, the neighbors' two friendly dogs may be outside. Take a dip in the creek! Beautiful secluded acreage with mature trees

Beautiful secluded property with a creek running through it. The backyard is about 1 acre with a big open field surrounded by large mature trees and a creek bordering the back side. Dogs must be trained not to run off as we do not have a fence. Old fence posts show the property lines. You can to take a dip in the creek with your dog to cool off on hot days. The water does flow so I wouldn't recommend it for really small dogs. The water is fairly shallow but can get high and flow fast after heavy rain. You will have to walk down a small hill to enter the creek. The weeds get high by the water but I have made 2 separate paths to enter the creek. Entering the creek is at your own risk. The creek is on the property line so the land across the creek is not part of the property so please do not go across the creek. If you do plan on going in the creek I recommend water shoes and a towel, it can get muddy by the water. And it can also get buggy, so you might want to bring bug spray as well. Feel free to move any of the chairs from the firepit to anywhere around the yard but put back when finished. Please clean up after your pup, garbage can is the green one by the garage. You can park on the left side of driveway by the RV and enter on the left side of the garage.

This spot is best for solo dogs, small packs, puppies, nervous dogs, city/suburban dogs who need a reset, and owners who want a calmer off-leash option. Book the space for fetch, training practice, decompression time, puppy confidence-building, or a quiet sniff session. The yard is private during your booking. Please leash dogs when entering and exiting, clean up after your visit, and leave the space as you found it. Water, seating, trash access, and basic dog-friendly setup are available where noted in the listing. This is the first version of Humphrey’s Hangout, so feedback is welcome as we keep improving the space for repeat guests.

Come let your dog explore, play, and swim on our beautiful family farm. Our farm means the world to us, and we think you and your pup will love it too. Located on 16 acres in Bull Valley, Illinois, our property is doggy heaven for dogs that are trained to be off-leash. Take a walk, bring a frisbee or ball, or simply let your dog sniff and explore. Please note that our property is not fenced. It connects to a beautiful piece of state-owned land, but that land is not included in your rental. Your booking covers only our 16-acre property. If you choose to go beyond our property lines, please understand that we are not responsible for the state-owned land, as it is not part of our Sniffspot. We also have many farm animals on the property, so we ask that all guests be respectful of our land and animals. We take great pride in our farm and love sharing it, and we want to keep it beautiful for everyone. Entry into any barns or buildings is prohibited. Please remain in the back of the property, as we do live on-site and appreciate our privacy. This is a working farm, so you may occasionally see cars or people near the barns and lot as you arrive. If your dog is reactive, please keep them on a leash until you reach the back field. Also, please remember that this is a farm, not a park. The ground may be uneven in places, and there may be holes or other natural hazards caused by animals or farm activity. Please use caution, as we are not responsible for injuries related to the terrain.

This fully fenced in 0.25 acre yard is attached to our Dog Training studio in Hoffman Estates. It is available for use when we're closed. It is only available after 6:30pm Mon-Fri, and is available all day on Saturdays and Sundays. You and your dog(s) will be the only ones on property during your reservation. The yard is well lit for night trips!
