A beautiful rectangular fenced yard on quiet cul de sac street with outdoor couch on and table, fairy lights, and flower gardens. Dogs love to chase each other around the large tree, bask on the lawn, and explore the bamboo patch behind the sheds. Lots of birds and squirrels to watch. Areas of shade and sun, fire pit, water bowls, doggie bags, and trash cans. No dogs live in the house. There are neighbor dogs but rarely outside. My tenant very occasionally may come or go out the corner of the yard, but she loves dogs and will not bother you.

Welcome to Max’s Place 😊 We recently lost our big baby, Max, and his mother, Diamond, two years before that. When house hunting, I made sure to buy a house with a nice size yard for our dogs. Now that they are no longer here, we’d like to invite others to enjoy the freedom to run around. Max’s Place is completely fenced. We offer the use of a small agility set, a lounging area for both dogs and their humans, toys and balls. There is a hose hookup in the back if you need water. Located between Alexandria and Annandale, Fruit Punch's (our pup) Paradise is a large fenced oasis near the city, nestled in a cute neighborhood, full of sticks and offering plenty of sun and relaxation. Take a load off in our hammock, lounge in an Adirondack, and give your pup a treat from our Sniffspot goody box! Fresh water is available from the spigot. The small trash can adjacent to the box is available for your disposal needs.

Fully fenced yard in Wildwood. Plenty of room to pay fetch and lots of great smells. We are usually hosting a dog as we also dog sit so there may be an opportunity to make friends but we are also happy to keep dogs inside.

**FYI: Starting March 23, our spot will be temporarily closed for 3-4 weeks for some all-natural lawn maintenance/recovery. After we open again, our hourly rate will slowly increase (about $1 per month) until we hit $10 during peak summer months. But we also plan to add some new amenities, such as a shade canopy.** Let your dog run free in our backyard that has a wooden privacy fence. They can also play or lounge under the shade of our large weeping willow tree. The lower deck has 3 lawn chairs, and the upper deck (accessible via stairs in the backyard) has 2 rocking chairs and a picnic table with 4 chairs. Use of shed in backyard is not an option (it will be locked). There is easy free street parking in our cul-de-sac. If your dog (or child) wants to use the toddler slide, feel free to pull it out onto the grass. If you would like me to make the box of children's toys available during your visit (for no extra charge), please select that option in the Extras section of your reservation. Note 1: When walking between your vehicle and the gate to our backyard, there may sometimes be other people or dogs on the street/sidewalk or in their front yards. Or there may sometimes be someone from our household leaving or arriving home (which involves walking between the front door and a car in our driveway). So please keep your dog on leash until you are inside the backyard with the gate closed (per standard SniffSpot rules). Note 2: If you would like to reserve a particular day/time that is not currently shown as available (especially if it is more than 30 days from now), please send me (the host) a chat message to find out if I can make it available for you.
