55This spot is a dream! My dogs & I had such a blast. One of the best features of the pool is it is a gradual sloped entry so my dogs didn’t have to stress to find stairs or be lifted out from the edge. There is a gradual slope that drops off quite a ways in so it’s perfect for dogs/anyone who wants to wade in the water without actually having to swim. The yard was clean and fully fenced in. I noticed someone mention that there is a happy dog nextdoor but #1 that’s their home, we’re the guests and #2 it’s not at all annoying. My dogs were so busy swimming and having fun that we barely noticed it. I hope the owner is happy with our visit because we would love to be frequent guests. It’s so nice to have the privacy and security of a fully fenced in yard and a big gorgeous pool to do something fun and different together! Definitely bring your own floatable toys.. it makes it so much more fun for the dogs to jump in after something. 5+ stars!

15Dont go here! The homeowner is crazy. She was watching and listening to the cameras the entire time we were there and messaging me with responses to the conversations my boyfriend and I were having. Also, if your dog is reactive it's not a good place for you because the back neighbor has little dogs and they aggressively barked at my dogs the first 30 minutes we were there before they were brought inside. The whole experience was so bad that we actually left a little early

Description

Welcome to my backyard pool located 2 blocks to a secluded public beach. The neighbors all walk/run their dogs there without hassle. Enjoy the beach before or after my pool- just make sure sandy dogs are hosed off first. My pool has a shallow platform for dogs just learning to swim or dogs that want to lie down in the water. There are plenty of chairs, chaise lounges and 2 umbrellas for shade (note: none of that is available during hurricane season (june to november). The yard is simple and gated. Please note: The pool vacuum hose MUST always stay in the pool and my dogs just swim over it. If this will be an issue for you or your dogs, this isn’t a good match for you. maximum of 2 dogs and 2 adult handlers ONLY. Sorry but no children are allowed at any time! Humans must pay an extra $5 per person to swim in the pool and NO DIVING is allowed. The fee is accessible under “EXTRAS”. There are external security cameras on the property. You are required to follow pre and post stay rules which are sent 2 hours prior. Please note: double/long/shedding breeds will need to be brushed/raked prior to arrival. This helps keep the pool clean and everything running. You will need to spend extra time skimming the pool for these types of coats. This is 100% non smoking property. Do not smoke/vape/puff anything while at my property. As I don’t meet my guests and for security reasons, please make sure your profile has a picture of you and your dog(s). There are some holes in the fences as they belong to my neighbors. They are not big enough for any dog to escape. The gate does not self close so make sure you manually do do after entering. The back neighbors dog may or may not be out and is a barker. Please consider this. Enjoy!

Because I do not meet my guests, I do not accept bookings without a profile picture of you and your dog (s). everything must be returned as you found it including furniture/umbrella if they are out. Please bring fully floatable toys. Please brush long/double coated dogs before arrival. This is critical. Please potty dogs in the front yard prior to entering the back yard and clean up after your dog. No bags are provided so please bring your own. From May until November - guests must clean the skimmer basket by reaching in and pulling out debris. This must be done before you enter the pool AND at the end of your stay. This is to help make sure the pool pump doesn’t get clogged by fur and can circulate the water. At the 55 minute mark, please skim the pool with the net and skim until your time is done. Dogs must be out of the pool when you use the net. Remove fur in the garbage can. This process for the pool is critical as a pool that doesn’t circulate (due to fur) will go green in 1 day during the summer. If the pool goes green after your stay, you will not be allowed back. Please lower umbrella back down when you leave. No smoking, puffing, vaping or whatever you want to call it! Please walk dogs on leash if you are going to the beach before or afterwards. You must park in the driveway to the far left if the RV isn’t there. do not park on street or across the street on the neighbors property. DO NOT TAMPER WITH POOL EQUIPMENT. You must be an adult 21 or older.
