Description

Our property borders the Timucuan Preserve. Over an acre of fenced yard. There are two water bowls with access to fresh water near the A/C unit. Another water bowl right near the entrance gate (simply turn the water hose on by moving the black lever). There are balls in the yard to play with and a Chuck-It launcher to play fetch. A garbage pail is by the entrance gate to dispose of poop. Feel free to sit on the deck or swing, throw balls to your dog, and run in the yard! Bring a towel and fill the doggie pools under the shaded carport! If you’d like to see additions to the space, please send me suggestions!

Hazards

We do live near a preserve so always do a perimeter check for snakes. There is a clay target gun range within two miles of the property. If your dog is sensitive to sounds, below are the hours of the range. They are closed on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Range hours: Wednesday: Noon - 8:30 p.m. Friday: Noon - 6 p.m. Saturday & Sunday: 9 a.m - 6 p.m. We have a large circle driveway. Please park in the circle.

Dog Shampoo$4.0

There is Green Groom French lavender and chamomile dog shampoo in the stainless steel tub under the carport. Bring a towel and feel free to use the tub to bathe your dog before heading home.

There are frozen pup cups in the freezer on the deck. After a session of play, reward your pup(s) with a frozen treat!

Property was amazing. Huge. Clean. Lots of toys for the pups. My Brodie likes to play with other dogs so the neighbors dogs became friends with him and they chased each other up and down the fence line. Very pleasant spot for dog or adult. Will be back. He just loves those pups next door

My dog had a great time! The yard is large, well-fenced, and quite clean. My dog is dog-aggressive, and while the owners have dogs, they took steps to keep them out of eyesight so my dog was never concerned. This is our first time using SniffSpot and I can’t believe it’s taken us so long to give it a try. We will certainly be back, and I would strongly recommend! The added hose for dog water, and the little trash can by the entry/exit were nice touches too!

This is a beautiful spot and I could tell the host put a lot of thought into how to make visits easy, effortless, and fun for both dogs and owners. Lots of toys, space, water, music, shade, and seating. There is also a spot for doggy baths if needed. This was a perfect visit. We will be back.

Angie’s spot is amazing!! We were so excited to return on this visit since moving away from Jax. The pups loved sniffing and exploring the huge property, and my one girl loved chasing her ball with the chuckit! We recently adopted a new dog and met an old friend here, and Angie had a kennel on the property which was super helpful for introducing and rotating the pups. Plenty of toys, water, and fun available!
