Heather's Private Dog Park In Jacksonville

My backyard is a quiet spot set at the back of a private road. You’ll hear more birds and squirrels than you will cars or traffic. One side of the yard neighbors a mostly empty lot and the other a wooded area with lots of tall pine trees. A water retention ditch and another fence separates the back of the yard from the neighborhood behind mine. In addition to various dog toys and sticks, there is a mound in the middle of the yard for the septic system. My foster dogs love running up and down the little hills! The fire pit can be used on cold days and there are two spots for accessing water - one of which can also be used for a quick bath or rinse before heading home. There are also water misters, located by the sun shade, to help cool down on those extra hot days. Just flip the switch by the nozzle head on the water spout and enjoy! Please help keep the space clean and tidy by picking up all dog poop and disposing in the little, black trash can just outside the fence. There are recycling and garbage bins for any other items that need to be disposed of. No smoking, please. Please also feel free to make use of the storage bin just inside the gate for bug spray, sunscreen, mosquito repellant, new dog toys, etc… Thank you and I hope you enjoy your time here with your pups!

This is a hobby farm that is not child proofed or baby proofed and people tend to not pay as close attention to children and they wander, it’s a big safety concern for me. The pole barn is NOT included in the rental, only the yard. I have a water bowl & spigot available at walk gate, please use all you’d like. You & your pup are welcome to play with random toys laying around, enjoy but please leave them on site. I do live on the property may need to come out or leave property, this is not a regular occurrence. I will communicate with you if the need arises. Please advise if you have a reactive dog. Pastures are mowed every week, in the summer the grass grows fast; you may experience longer tasseled grass or short depending on the the day. Hello! We have a spacious back yard, fuy fenced what backs up to the preserve. We would love for you to bring your furry friends over and let the zoomies out.

1.6 Acre Private Fenced Field in Oakleaf

1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 4-5 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are very occasionally (1-2 times per month) in an adjacent fenced area. I notify guests via private message in advance when they have booked a time when our dogs will be in their adjacent area. Otherwise, you can expect them to be away inside the house. Fun amenities at our spot include a water park sprinkler play feature, and a wooden bridge which is the perfect location for a photo op! There are also three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), two smaller tires to run through, weave poles, a dirt pile, a tunnel, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating plus 5 Adirondack chairs under a shade tree - bring your picnic lunch. Running water, dog bowls, and grocery bags for poop are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, additional poop bags, and a large umbrella are located inside the bench seat near the entrance. We can also host dog birthday parties, gotcha day parties, or breed/litter get-togethers! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions at all.
