Bring lunch to enjoy at the picnic table while the kids play on the swing set, all surrounded by a peaceful lakeside setting. We’re a little quirky, too! Keep an eye out for our whimsical outdoor “bathroom” art installation—a vintage-style toilet, sink, bathtub, and mannequin that always gets a laugh and makes for a fun photo opportunity. We provide toys, tennis balls, water bowls, poop bags, and a trash can so you can simply show up, relax, and enjoy your visit.

This is a hobby farm that is not child proofed or baby proofed and people tend to not pay as close attention to children and they wander, it’s a big safety concern for me. The pole barn is NOT included in the rental, only the yard. I have a water bowl & spigot available at walk gate, please use all you’d like. You & your pup are welcome to play with random toys laying around, enjoy but please leave them on site. I do live on the property may need to come out or leave property, this is not a regular occurrence. I will communicate with you if the need arises. Please advise if you have a reactive dog. Pastures are mowed every week, in the summer the grass grows fast; you may experience longer tasseled grass or short depending on the the day. 1.6 Acre Private Fenced Field in Oakleaf

1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 4-5 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are very occasionally (1-2 times per month) in an adjacent fenced area. I notify guests via private message in advance when they have booked a time when our dogs will be in their adjacent area. Otherwise, you can expect them to be away inside the house. Fun amenities at our spot include a water park sprinkler play feature, and a wooden bridge which is the perfect location for a photo op! There are also three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), two smaller tires to run through, weave poles, a dirt pile, a tunnel, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating plus 5 Adirondack chairs under a shade tree - bring your picnic lunch. Running water, dog bowls, and grocery bags for poop are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, additional poop bags, and a large umbrella are located inside the bench seat near the entrance.
