Welcome to Hidden Tropical Oasis! We are grateful your booking with us. Please take note of the following important guidelines: - Your Fur babies count as a person when booking. -Clean up the poop in the yard from your Fur babies - Ensure the gate is closed behind you when entering or exiting. - Children must always be supervised and closely accompanied. - Alcohol is permitted; however, no glassware is allowed. Please use plastic or thermal drink-ware. - Keep music at a moderate volume before 10 AM and after 7 PM. - Plants should only be admired, not touched. - Smoking is allowed; please dispose of cigarette butts in the standing ashtray that is under the canopy. - There are two trash cans available, one near the pool and another by the grill. All trash must be picked up and thrown away. There will be a booking after yours. - If you purchased additional gas amenities (grill, heater, fire pits), please turn off the gas after use. - Feel free to use the provided plastic utensils, plates, cups, cocktail tools, towels, paper towels, and drinks in the fridge. - Sunscreen, lotions, a first aid kit, and doggy bags are also available for your convenience. - Kindly clean up after your children and fur babies. - Please allow sufficient time to collect your belongings and depart when your reservation ends. - If you have a vendor/ photographer of any kind, they count as an individual renting access to the backyard. - My neighbors have dogs, my neighbors cut their grass on the weekends. Its a residential neighborhood. I have no control over that. - I am extremely accommodating, tell me if its a birthday, or celebration

My backyard is a quiet spot set at the back of a private road. You’ll hear more birds and squirrels than you will cars or traffic. One side of the yard neighbors a mostly empty lot and the other a wooded area with lots of tall pine trees. A water retention ditch and another fence separates the back of the yard from the neighborhood behind mine. In addition to various dog toys and sticks, there is a mound in the middle of the yard for the septic system. My foster dogs love running up and down the little hills! The fire pit can be used on cold days and there are two spots for accessing water - one of which can also be used for a quick bath or rinse before heading home. There are also water misters, located by the sun shade, to help cool down on those extra hot days. Just flip the switch by the nozzle head on the water spout and enjoy! Please help keep the space clean and tidy by picking up all dog poop and disposing in the little, black trash can just outside the fence. There are recycling and garbage bins for any other items that need to be disposed of. No smoking, please. Thank you and I hope you enjoy your time here with your pups!
