What to Bring: Please bring your own beach towels to dry off yourself and your pooches, as host towels are not provided. If you are bringing a human guest, they will need to bring their own lawn or camp chair. Bring your own non-alcoholic drinks & snacks, even treats for your pooches. ⛔ Strict Property & Safety Rules: To keep this space safe and running smoothly, guests must strictly adhere to the following rules: • Human Guest Limit: A maximum of 2 people total are allowed per booking. • Age Restrictions: No toddlers or small children are allowed on the property at any time for pool safety. • No Indoor Access: There is no private bathroom access available. No humans are permitted inside the home under any circumstances. McDonald’s is just around the corner on Ft. Caroline Rd. 🚫 NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS: This is a family property and a high-liability pool environment. Consumption of alcohol, cannabis, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Guests showing signs of intoxication will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. • Resident Pets: My two personal dogs will be completely secured inside the house for the entire duration of your booking. Your dogs will have exclusive, private use of the yard. • Overstay Policy: Please respect the clock so the yard can be cleaned for the next guest. Overstaying your slotted booking time will result in a strict fee of $10 extra per minute.

This is a hobby farm that is not child proofed or baby proofed and people tend to not pay as close attention to children and they wander, it’s a big safety concern for me. The pole barn is NOT included in the rental, only the yard. I have a water bowl & spigot available at walk gate, please use all you’d like. You & your pup are welcome to play with random toys laying around, enjoy but please leave them on site. I do live on the property may need to come out or leave property, this is not a regular occurrence. I will communicate with you if the need arises. Please advise if you have a reactive dog. Pastures are mowed every week, in the summer the grass grows fast; you may experience longer tasseled grass or short depending on the the day.
