Our dog passed away in 2021 and due to health reasons we cannot have another one at this time. We love dogs and know Xena would love knowing her yard is helping other dogs get their zoomies on. NEW - Seasonally we will limit days to Sunday - Wednesday to accommodate mowers.

We are open to visitors using our 12 acres of open field space, 3 acre pond, almost a half mile of stream, and 3 acres of woods. Trails move you around the pond and up into the woods. There is a lot to do here and a plethora of activities for dogs and humans ranging from open field play and running, hiking, and water activities. Please follow the signs and do not disturb the owners at house. Beach area of pond has seating areas, hammock, and fire pit. There is also a seating area and rope swing. Visitors are not permitted to fish in pond. The Ridge Trail is a bit more difficult for older dogs and humans and/or people not in the best shape to hike. Proceed with caution. Large 1/2 acre backyard in Oakton, VA for your furry loved ones to play and lounge. Our home is fully fenced and with private gate. Chairs/Swing under a shaded deck and toys, water access, and pool for your pets!

We will have our yard aerated and over-seeded on October 14. We have been advised to limit traffic in the yard for 3 weeks after the work is finished. We regret any inconvenience this causes and we will really miss seeing your dogs. We hope that you will come back to see us when we open the yard again. The yard is fully fenced and we do not have other pets that will use the yard. We are located in a subdivision. We have had large and small dogs use our yard. Adam and Terrie love dogs and we no longer have a dog. We do not want to own another dog at this time but we love to have them around. We share our yard with you because it gives your dogs a chance to run and play and it gives us a chance to see a dog. We try to greet you as soon as you arrive, offer drinks and assistance, and if you allow it, we’d love to pet your dog(s)!
