A one minute walk from the Saloon, this large fenced yard has private parking and amenities on request if I’m home (restroom, Bluetooth speaker, filtered water, possibly fresh Cookie Flights cookies). You can bring food and drinks. Laid back, accommodating host.

You can bring food, drinks, lawn games, whatever. Just please clean up after yourself. There are some plastic bags for trash and an ashtray in the cushion storage box. There’s a port-a-potty in the Saloon overflow parking lot. If I’m home, women are welcome to use the inside bathroom. You can also request filtered water and other comforts if I’m available.
