15Sadly, I couldn't figure out which gate and or pasture area and didn't want to walk my dog onto the wrong property. Tried but unable to make contact with host while there. Decided to leave. My poor dog had been in the car all day so we were really looking forward to stretching our legs. Recommend signage and better communication on where to park and which gate to use.
15The host is impossible to reach, I called his provided number twice, messaged numerous times both on the app and on his phone number. All ignored. The grass is so tall it's almost as tall as me and I'm 5'5. I lost my keys in his field and called, messaged, knocked on his door, and messaged some more to notify him that I lost my keys and was unable to move my car at that exact time, but I had someone coming to get me and my dog. That a locksmith would be there later to create a key so we could take the car. Well the locksmiths couldn't help me, Vince was half way able to help me but he didn't have a fob for the type of car I have and that car won't start without a fob. I'd be able to unlock the doors, but that's it. All of which he was informed of multiple times. I went out in a storm with a metal detector to look for the key before the tow truck got there, again fully informed. He called the cops. Twice. Horrible, horrible host. I absolutely do not recommend. Incredibly unfriendly field for humans much less dogs, especially little dogs.

Hi! I live on Bayou Rd in Kalispell Montana. I live very close to Presentine fishing access. I have two dogs but I can keep them separated while you attend. There is a dog across the street but I never really hear him barking and seems to mostly be indoors. Regardless, the area is separated from the road and my back yard with a fence. My dogs, large and small breed, never escape this area. It would be great spot for people with lots of dogs or if you want privacy not found in public spots. No need to keep your dog on a leash! (Entrance instructions in last paragraph) Note about poor reviews: I had been locked out of my account and was unable to communicate with the two guests who had a bad time! One of which lost their keys in the several acre sized lot! Oops! I have no responsibility for lost items in the lot! Please keep your keys secure or in your car! I was really busy with life and considering I got locked out of my account, I had a few people have bad times as my communication was seriously hindered not being able to access my account but I am back up and running. I feel as if the first few reviews are a much better description of people’s experiences because I have been really good with communication up till the point of not being able to access my account!!! Also I like my guests to have a nice private experience. If you rent my lot, it’s the the gate on the east side of my backyard, left hand side if facing my front door. The second poor review was regarding not knowing where to enter! My bad! I had been telling the instructions to each person before their experience.

I love dogs (more than people 🤷‍♂️) and I figure I should let other dogs get the chance to run in the massive pasture behind my back yard! Here are the instructions for renters: When facing the front door of my house, to the left hand side there is a gate entrance on the east side of my back yard fence. Use this to access the spot. NOTE: I have been locked out of my account for over a month. It has been really frustrating! The only poor reviews I have was written because I could not read messages or see reservations! When getting texts, you can only see a few words before being prompted to login. I had no idea of their reservations nor situation of losing keys in a several acre sized field… Going forward I take no responsibility for lost property. It is unfortunate she feels that way about my spot but it was really not because of anything I could do, even if I could contact her. I feel bad that they had such negative experiences when it is generally rated with flawless reviews :(
