35This sniff spot is in a nice area. It would be better if pet owners picked up after their pets. There was poo all over the park- I picked up at least 5 piles that weren’t from my dog. I also noticed some damage to the fence in a few areas, including where there’s a gap between the fence and the ground. If you have smaller pets that like to escape, keep a close eye on them

55I am very grateful for the opportunity to let Levi off lead! Great location, very clean, secure fencing, even a sheltered spot with tables. He was able to run, sniff and his favorite activity - roll in the grass! I will make this a regular Sniffspot destination for Levi!

35We were unable to visit this sniff spot. Three stars because the host was unresponsive. While traveling I booked just shy of 2 hours before the visit. Within minutes I realized we were not going that direction. I could not cancel online because it's w/in 2 hours of the visit. I sent an apologetic message to the host explaining it was my mistake and that we would not be able to visit. I requested they cancel on their side. I don't even know if it's possible for a host cancel on their end, but I received zero response. If they politely declined I'd understand, no big deal, but there was no communication.

Hi! I live on Bayou Rd in Kalispell Montana. I live very close to Presentine fishing access. I have two dogs but I can keep them separated while you attend. There is a dog across the street but I never really hear him barking and seems to mostly be indoors. Regardless, the area is separated from the road and my back yard with a fence. My dogs, large and small breed, never escape this area. It would be great spot for people with lots of dogs or if you want privacy not found in public spots. No need to keep your dog on a leash! (Entrance instructions in last paragraph) Note about poor reviews: I had been locked out of my account and was unable to communicate with the two guests who had a bad time! One of which lost their keys in the several acre sized lot! Oops! I have no responsibility for lost items in the lot! Please keep your keys secure or in your car! I was really busy with life and considering I got locked out of my account, I had a few people have bad times as my communication was seriously hindered not being able to access my account but I am back up and running. I feel as if the first few reviews are a much better description of people’s experiences because I have been really good with communication up till the point of not being able to access my account!!! Also I like my guests to have a nice private experience. If you rent my lot, it’s the the gate on the east side of my backyard, left hand side if facing my front door. The second poor review was regarding not knowing where to enter! My bad! I had been telling the instructions to each person before their experience.
