Happy Apple Dog Park-AKA Gus’ Park is a fully fenced yard with lawn and some bark dust and gravel. There are multiple shrubs, trees and plants for your furry companion to check out. A farm favorite are the giant oak trees which provide shade. Feel free to take a seat and watch your friend run and explore! On site we have a small dog (23lbs) and a multiple cats as well as two horses. The neighbors on both sides have dogs but there is no contact-just line of sight! We are located not too far off of I-5 and Highway 22. Our spot is a great stop if you are traveling and need to let the dogs out for a romp and a place for you to rest. There is plenty of room for trailer turn-around if needed (please message me about that.) If you are looking for a place you can eat that is near our spot, please look at The Yard Food Park. We are located in the middle of wine country. This is a previous horse pasture, so the ground is uneven. Humans should not run in the field. The field is on Hwy 240, so there is traffic noise. The neighbor's fence is 40 feet away from the park's perimeter so there is no contact possible with other dogs. Bring water. I do not provide water because shared water bowls can spread many diseases. Two chairs are under the apple tree .

Neighbors have dogs, but they’re usually unseen. Please be aware this is a rural neighborhood in the middle of cherry orchards. Farm equipment, saws etc maybe heard. Along with people and their dogs depending on the time of day. The spot is private, but there may be activity outside of it.

Welcome to our slice of paradise! Your dogs will have full access to our 1.5 acre fully fenced pasture to run and get all their energy out. The pasture is fully fenced with field fencing all around and backs up to a farm field. On a clear day you can see the tip of Mount Hood straight out the back of the property and a fantastic view of Mount Jefferson to the right. Young giant sequoias and cedar trees line both sides of the pasture. Three mature oak trees provide shade in the middle of the pasture. You will hear birds all around the property in the trees as your dogs play. Amenities include: people lounge chairs, dog loungers, dog houses, dog water with a seasonal spigot and hose, a pooper scooper and bucket, and a lean-to to provide shelter in poor weather. Throw a ball as hard as you can and let your dogs be dogs.

We offer a dedicated 10 acre sloped pasture for walking, running, ball play, etc. also a trail hike through the woods a total of a mile. (Be aware of uneven ground and blackberries; some thorns in mulch). The 30-acre property is fenced and isolated private space. The gate to the road is open for access but a good distance from the fields (so not closed while visiting.). The farm is a working farm so you may see workers and equipment away from the dedicated dog areas. Yes, part of our property has neighbors along the trail but fencing is in place and neighbors are seldom around. Water for dogs, trash can for baggies, picnic table and dog toys are provided. There are livestock fenced off from the trail, and some electric & electric mesh fences are in use.

The Field is mowed and fenced, ready for your dog to play! Come experience your own personal dog park. A 5’ fence surrounds this expanse of green with several shade trees for relaxing under. A wading pool is provided to ensure ample access to water and a place to cool down on hot days. A convenient garbage can for poop bags waits by the entrance, with a fresh supply of baggies! The small deck box holds a chuck-it with extra balls and some other toys for sharing. Human water is also provided ☺️ Comfy benches inside the Field allow humans to rest while the doggies run and explore. When arriving, look for signage that will guide you to the grey garage. The entrance to the ‘Field of Frolick’ is the chain link gate to your right. Hose can be activated at the front of the garage if you need more water, as well as a power outlet. If we have a lot of rain, there may be some mud along the far side of the field. Walk carefully, many holes have been dug… Welcome to the Field and enjoy!

Water available. Please bring your own dog bowl, poop bags, and toys. The ones I have provided have gone missing. Over 20 fir trees + other trees on this expansive lot in Beaverton. Organic - no pesticides, fertilizers, or chemicals used. Grass, vinca minor, under a canopy of large trees. Shaded and open areas. House located on a cul-de-sac. Native plants & trees encourage native species (butterflies, hummingbirds, etc). Grass is green in the spring and fall, can be yellow/green in the summer (water preservation.) Picnic table shaded by trees. Lights on 2 story deck, lights that surround the deck, and lights above the cement patio available upon request. You can place poop bags in trash (yellow bucket.)
