Description

The pool and hot tub will be covered for your safety. 8 foot concrete wall is a good sound barrier. It’s a quiet neighborhood. Dogs are welcome to drink from the Koi pond in the front. The pond is quite deep; however, there are shelves built in. My dogs have not fallen in. The rocks on the ledge are sturdy. Nothing is off-limits in the yard. Indoor restroom available. Play with any toys in the yard. Enjoy the swings and hammock.

No dogs in the in-ground pool. Nails will cut the plastic liner. Dogs are welcome in the marble fountain and are welcome to drink from the fish pond in front. I set out a kiddie pool with fresh well water for dogs in the hot months. Park in the driveway not on the street.

I spent years creating a yard with all of my favorite getaways: forest with campfire, tropical pool, flower gardens, and fruit trees. Come enjoy the combination of privacy and open land. No bugs, snakes, or hazards. Open to doggie weddings and bday parties. Run in the wide open yard, drink from the Koi Pond, and splash in the kiddie pool when it’s hot out. I don’t have pets anymore but welcome all guests.
