Sitting on 17 acres we have crafted a half acre guest yard for all dogs to enjoy. It sits adjacent to our pigs yard. Ginny and Neville are happy to say hi if you call them. Your dogs are also welcome to visit our chickens and geese nearby. We have the following amenities with no add ons: A dog fort and lookout deck for spotting, birds, rabbits, passing cars and anything else that needs patrolling! (no humanz, please, the playset is not built to hold people) A dog pool to fill up or a sprinkler if you want a good muddy time! A swinging bench for the people. SJW Ranch's Dog Park

This beautiful half acre has a fantastic, unobstructed view of the foothills and Long's Peak. Sunsets are stunning from the Dog Park. There are some Russian Olive Trees on the South side of the Park that provide wonderful shade, as well as a cottonwood near the North side, providing even more shade. This is an unobstructed, fully fenced pasture where dogs can roam freely. Water is provided at the water pump.

Animal waterer & hydrant on field SE corner of barn, water hydrant also in parking area with jug and bowl. Table & chairs by the barn and inside pavilion attached to barn (shade area), has a refrigerator to cool your drinks and water. Active goathead eradication. Have lure coursing available by appointment (must confirm by message for operator availability) and custom agility equipment (must make special arrangement for using that) and check ahead, the agility equipment is sometimes out at other locations for events. We know of a trainer who may be offering classes for Agility, Obedience & Behavior Modification at our location. If interested please contact us and provide your information, the trainer will setup a class time when we have sufficient interest to fill a class of 3-6 people at our location.
