Description

🌴 Welcome to Your Pup's Private Florida Getaway! 🐾 Looking for a peaceful place where your four-legged family member can run, explore, sniff, and enjoy some off-leash freedom? We'd love to share our little slice of Florida paradise with you! Our spacious backyard offers a private outdoor escape with open grassy areas, natural shade, and secure fencing. Whether your pup enjoys playing fetch, exploring new scents, getting some exercise, or simply soaking up the sunshine, there's room to enjoy it all! 🐶 What We Offer: - Private, exclusive use of the backyard during your reservation. - Fenced outdoor space with gated access. - Open grassy areas for running, playing, and exploring. - Mature trees offering natural shade. - Accessible garden hose for fresh water. - Outdoor deck with seating so humans can relax while their pups play. - Peaceful surroundings with beautiful Florida scenery. 🐐 A Little Country Charm! Our neighboring property has ducks, chickens, and a goat. They are separated from the play area by fencing but may be visible during your visit. This can make for some interesting sights and smells for curious pups! 🌊 A Special Florida Location We're also conveniently located near the canal and boat ramp providing access to beautiful Walk-in-Water Lake. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and a little taste of Old Florida while your pup enjoys their own private playtime. ❤️ Our Goal We want to provide a welcoming, peaceful, and private space where dogs can simply be dogs! No crowded dog parks, no sharing playtime with unfamiliar dogs—just quality outdoor time with their favorite humans. Whether you're a local looking for a change of scenery or visiting the area with your furry travel companion, we invite you to come enjoy a little backyard adventure! Your pup deserves a little vacation, too! 🐾

Corey's (nearly) 1 Acre Fully Fenced Private “Dog Park” In Downtown Davenport

Fully Fenced

0.88 acres

This is our 0.88 acre fully-fenced-in yard! (See the last photo for aerial view with blue fence line!) We mow it weekly (though the perimeter doesn’t ALWAYS get weed-eaten, but that makes the lizards happy 🤪) It is a HUGE piece of property that we would love to see enjoyed by a flotilla of happy dogs!

Welcome to our peaceful Sniffspot space! 🐾💚 We’re new to hosting and excited to share a clean, welcoming environment for both you and your pup. Fresh, filtered water is available on-site for people and pets, and there’s a hose if your dog needs a rinse or cool-down. On warm days, we offer a small baby splash pool so dogs can cool off and play. We also keep a container full of toys—balls, ropes, and other fun options—available for you to use during your visit. You may notice we also have chickens on the property. They are fully contained and secure, as shown in the photos—so they can be safely enjoyed from a distance without interaction. As we continue developing the space, we plan to add more enrichment features, including an obstacle course in the near future. We’re so glad you’re here and can’t wait to host you and your dog! 🐶✨
