Dogs have access to complimentary treats, fresh water, parkour‑style play equipment, durable toys, and a super‑scooper station stocked with poop bags and hand sanitizer. A full first‑aid kit is available on site for peace of mind. Convenient private parking makes arrival easy, and the entire acre is secured by a tall 7‑ft fence for maximum safety.

1. Supervision Required All dogs must be supervised at all times while on the property. 2. No Digging Please prevent dogs from digging holes in the yard or along the fence line. 3. Clean Up After Your Dog All waste must be picked up before leaving. Bags must be tied and taken with you unless a trash bin is provided. 4. Respect the Fence Do not allow dogs to jump on, climb, or push against the 7‑ft fence. 5. No Destructive Behavior Chewing on wood, plants, or property items is not allowed. 6. No Unapproved Guests Only the dogs and humans listed in your booking may enter the property. 7. Arrive & Leave on Time Please respect your time slot so the next guest can enjoy their session without overlap. 8. Leash Until Inside Dogs must remain leashed until fully inside the fenced area and the gate is closed. 9. No Smoking or Vaping For safety and cleanliness, smoking and vaping are not allowed on the property. 10. Weather & Mud Please wipe paws before leaving if the yard is wet or muddy.
