A spacious backyard between UMD & Washington DC. Occasional deer, but they leave as soon as they see a dog. Gazebo w ample seating available upon request. Fence on one side is approx 4 ft, so no jumpers or escape artists please.

Dogs love to chase each other around the large tree, bask on the lawn, and explore the bamboo patch behind the sheds. Lots of birds and squirrels to watch. Areas of shade and sun, fire pit, water bowls, doggie bags, and trash cans. No dogs live in the house. There are neighbor dogs but rarely outside. My tenant very occasionally may come or go out the corner of the yard, but she loves dogs and will not bother you.
