Huge and fully fenced backyard that’s tucked away and offers much more privacy. The yard has a variety of spots to explore, and grass with varying lengths. Wildlife can be frequently seen, there’s an abundance of outdoor seating, a fire pit, warm stringed patio lights, a water hose and troughs, toys, as well as a host who would be happy to provide whatever I am able to if asked prior (:

MUST RESPECT THE WORKING CATS THAT MAY BE SEEN ON THE PROPERTY- anything messing with these cats will be the OPPOSITE of tolerated. Please do not touch/open/get-into anything that has not been labeled as for guest use or has not been previously stated that it is okay to use. Please do not open or enter any of the doors leading to the inside, keep an eye on your pet at all times, and clean up after yourself and your pet.

Our serene Sniffspot located near the intersection of Mutton Hollow and Thornfield Rd in Kaysville, Utah. Our property spans just under an acre, offering a diverse landscape for your dog's enjoyment. We also have a slatmill your dog can utilize upon request. The area is predominantly grassy, providing ample space for running and playing. The terrain is a mixture of gentle and steep hills, adding an element of adventure to your dog's exploration. Mature trees dot the property, creating a forest-like atmosphere with plenty of shade and interesting scents. We keep up on our pup's every week, but we can pick up before your visit upon request. A highlight of our space is a small, man-made waterfall and pond, introducing soothing sounds and a touch of tranquility. Water features are seasonal and will be dry or turned off during winter. Adjacent to our property are some goats which offer your dog a chance to safely observe farm animals from a distance. We also have a variety of gardens, some maintained and some that are wild, adding to the natural beauty and providing a variety of scents for your dog to discover. Our Sniffspot is designed to be a safe and engaging environment where dogs can explore, play, and relax in a natural setting. We look forward to welcoming you and your furry friend!
