This Spot is also listed by yours truly, who is the General Manager of a local doggy daycare who is also Canine CPR Certified and trained in dog behavior and health!

Studies show that 10-20 minutes of sniffing is more stimulating than an hour of command training for dogs so thats why we are opening up our space to others. We have a calm resting spot for humans as well that’s shaded with provided bug spray and WiFi. Unfortunately, our home is currently not ADA accessible.

Private, Fully Fenced Dog Retreat 🐾 Enjoy the back half of our private property — a spacious, secure area perfect for off-leash play and relaxed visits. Arrival: Please text upon arrival. Park at the end of the driveway in front of the RV garage. Enter through the first chain-link gate with your dog on leash. Turn left and walk past the pool to the second chain-link gate, then enter the back section. Dogs must remain on leash until fully inside the back yard. The Space: Fully fenced with a combination of chain-link, wood fencing, and deer fencing. Great for most dogs. Not ideal for very small escape artists. There is also a trampoline in the yard — if your dog hops up on it, that’s perfectly fine! Included Amenities • Balls & tug toys (basket on the table) • Seating with table and chairs • Bottled water for guests • Fresh water for dogs • Hose (located near the entry by the RV garage) • Waste bags (attached to toy basket) • Trash can located next to the gate entrance Please clean up after your pup before leaving. Optional Playmates We have two very friendly dogs. They stay inside during visits, but if your dog is social and enjoys play, we’re happy to let one come out upon request. B's "Birds & Bees" Private Dogpark

There's a Hispanic and African American cemetery you will pass to enter the property. The field's trees are along the edges so you can see your dog almost across the whole property. There's a 2 car carport and house on the property. Also there are a few trails the animals use along the fence which are seen when the grass gets higher. There is a firepit, parkours and the main attraction is the huge field. Dog walkers, reactive dogs and/or doggie dates are perfect for the spot. The smells, the sniffs and occasional chase of small animals will keep the dogs attention all in a safe controlled environment. I try to keep debris off the spot. I'm always fixing the fence. My main focus for the visitors is please pick up after your dog. There's plenty of bags and a huge green trashcan to put it in. I just added a swing which I'd next to some trees so yall can relax in the shade and not in the grass. There's a green trash can where the doggie poo goes. Attached to that are the poo bags in a clear plastic bag. Next to the green trash can is a rusty metal chair. In that chair are toys, tennis balls, doggie bowls and more. The water hose is on top of a 55 gallon Grey tank, which is close to the house. This tank is less than 8 feet away from the proper gate facing north, which is next to the outdoor water source. Now offering 30 minute time slots because of the heat. RVers are welcome. To be clear, while you rent the dogpark, no other parties will be inside besides the party that reserved the spot.

Lanahan's Lounge for Pups & Parents

Large backyard and screened in porch which backs to the Wells Branch trail available for you and your pups to enjoy. Conveniently located between Katherine Fleischer Park and Mills Pond. Taking a walk with your dog and you're done but they still need some time for zoomies? Hop on over and take a weight off while your dog runs free! The yard is fully fenced, with a latch on the gate to keep your pups secure. There is a screened in back porch with lights, a fan (just use the pull chain to turn on) and plenty of seating. There's even a hammock on the porch and some lounge chairs in the yard! Feel free to move the chairs around as needed. We will have the wading pools filled up some prior to your visit. There are towels on the back porch if needed. You can take it easy while your pups play, or take a rest after playing together. 🥰 There is also a waste bin, pooper scooper, bags, hand sanitizer & other things for you on the back porch (blankets, yoga mat). You and your pup may encounter a bunny from time to time but they are pretty good and fast at getting out quickly (they're used to running from our cats). Please do not let dogs dig in the beds around the house and at the fence. There is a dedicated dig area under the awning frame. The area fenced off next to the house is where grow our veggies and native plants are along the fence line to deter mosquitoes. Feel free to try some of what we are growing! Note, at this time the hot tub on the back porch is not available for SniffSpot visitors. Please enjoy our space!

There is a spacious deck with an umbrella, a fan, and a plenty of seating. You can take it easy while your pups play, or take a rest after playing together 🥰 There is a picnic table and a hammock available as well. There is also a waste bin for you. Please enjoy our space!
