We have a beautiful secluded property on the Sespe Creek in Fillmore. We have acres of orange trees and two fully fenced areas. One is a fenced 100 x 200' sand arena with access to water and shade. In this arena there may be a small amount of sheep droppings if we have been training the dogs for sheep herding. There is a second arena that is 80 x 120' with agility equipment and the sheep don't go in that area. Dogs can play off leash and stretch their legs in either area. Please do not move the agility equipment around. You are also welcome to make your way down to the creek and let your pup swim and play. Outside of the fenced arena you are welcome to wander in our orange orchard at the bottom 1/2 of our property but please don't approach any residences or allow your dog to bother the livestock. There are sheep in a fenced area and Tank, our livestock guardian dog, lives with them. *Please note - The sand is pretty soft and dogs love to dig in it. They are welcome to dig but please fill in any holes they dig (it’s as easy as dragging the sand back into the hole with your foot) because they create a tripping hazard for other dogs and people.

Located in Santa Clarita. 3 minutes away from Albertsons, post office, and convenience stores incase you need to run errands. Doggie bags for poop, first aid kit, towels, and water for doggies and the Owner will be provided. No pool to worry about and no nasty pesticides or harmful fertilizers. The best way I can describe the backyard is a mix of Grass, Dirt, and pavement. For the Human guest we have a nice seating area under a gazebo with sun shades to stay cool. Water bottles will be provided as well.

Very Quiet shade is underneath the trees and chairs could be moved around for your comfort. Have buck as of Water and a trashcan for the waste. Parking is easy handicap accessible. I have had Many visitors here that Rent and Airbnb nearby and their yards don’t have any Fencing, so their Animal cannot be just let loose because of the wild animals in the area where my house is fully Fence not an Airbnb but I prefer having the spot open to animals. I was considering doing an Airbnb including animals. I haven’t crossed that bridge yet, but hopefully one day I will.
