You may enter via the mid-driveway gate accessed from the driveway or the LOWER porch gate accessed from the sidewalk. (Do not use the upper porch gate via the ramp because it does not always latch securely and could blow open.) Feel free to use the balls in the yard! You may invite our dogs to play! Nala is 30lbs and will be shy at first but loves to run and play with other dogs. Duke is 9lbs and will only play with small dogs and will just bark at everyone else lol. Message me if your dog would like a playmate! There is a water spigot the porch near the gate, and there should be a bowl on the porch as well (it’s not under/near the spigot it may have been moved by the wind. It should be nearby!) We have a 30 acre tree farm located at the base of Sugarloaf Mt., away from roads, houses and people. Very secluded, with a 1/2 acre spring fed pond for swimming as well as groomed trails for sniffing and training. We are also a Lab Rescue foster family for young puppies and help train for their next foster homes. Our place can also accommodate for upland and waterfowl training. We are as well associated with Buckeystown, Poolsville and Peachtree Veterinary hospitals.

This is currently an unused horse paddock on our property.

Large, fully fenced backyard. Shade in places during full sun. Table, chairs and umbrella are set up on the patio for your use as your dog plays!

We have 10 mostly wooded acres on the side of Braddock Mountain at the end of a private road. There are also some open grassy areas around the house. There is an unmaintained trail through the woods just beyond the driveway (we’ll be adding signage soon). PLEASE NOTE: The property overall is on a hill so it is best for those looking for a little more adventure. There is also a full wrap around deck with patio furniture, hammock, plants, and an umbrella that is available for you to use. We do not have any pets but you may occasionally see wildlife in the woods. If you need Wifi during your visit, please let us know and we can provide the password. Additionally, there is a water spigot under the deck between the garage and sliding glass door that is available if you need. So please don’t fret if your dog digs a hole or tears up some grass! Enjoy the time with your dog, take pictures, make memories! Shed corner is under restoration, fenced off. Park in cul-de-sac or along the pipe-stem drive and enter through left side gate. Please note that the property does have cameras which are strictly used for security purposes.

Complete freedom to roam on 30 acres with a bonus that our land is surrounded by another 200+ acres of electric company owned land with no roads, no cars, no neighbors… just grass and forest. We occasionally have farm animals positioned on an acre or 2 who are fully fenced in. If you see blue fence posts with white wire / rope running between them, please assume the fence is electrified. We would ask that you use caution with your dogs around the livestock areas so as not to frighten the animals or the dogs! We have a Google Earth picture roughly showing the property lines and the driveway for you to use while exploring. Bonus: We are a small farm so if you are interested in picking up some chicken or pork - send us a message and we can have your order ready for pick up when you arrive. Update: April 2023 As of April 1st there are no animals or livestock on site except for a colony of bees which are fenced in with an electric fence.

Very nice backyard, there is grass and woods all fenced. Bring a chair and feel free to use the patio while your pup investigates the surroundings.
