Description

12 acres of land free to roam. There is a lake, tree shade and lots of mowed and unmowed areas including a hay field. I do not use fertilizers, and I use very little pesticides. There are 4 driveways on the property, and a trash can by the house.

HOST NOTE

There are blackberry bushes on the property. Areas that are not mowed or are wooded may have burrs. There are other buildings on the property that animals should be kept away from. The fence row is topped with barb wire - do not try to climb over it.

If your dog is an escape artist, please keep them leashed! Our two dogs will remain indoors while you’re here. We do frequently see wildlife - eagles, hawks, feral cats, turtles, deer, etc. Please keep a very close eye on small dogs. Large prey birds may get the wrong idea.
