Our yard offers plenty of open grassy space for your pup to run, sniff, explore, and get some energy out. We’re located on a quiet neighborhood street surrounded by trees, so it feels private and relaxing. There are occasionally neighborhood dogs that walk by with their owners, so please keep that in mind if your dog is especially reactive to seeing other dogs. Feel free to make yourself comfortable in the outdoor chairs while your pup plays and enjoys the yard. We hope you both have a relaxing and fun visit!

This backyard oasis was built for my Golden Retriever, Cooper. He enjoyed romping around in the grass, climbing over the rocks, and most especially swimming in the pool! It makes my heart happy to share this with other pups and their humans. Safe and secure for pups of all shapes and sizes. Humans need to be careful on natural stone steps to the pool. The pool is 12' x 24' and the depth ranges from 3' to 6'. This is a three tired backyard. The entrance has a small patio, the pool deck then an expansive lawn area below. Plenty of room for running and playing! There is also a bathroom in the basement.

We feature a 6-foot solid wooden privacy fence enclosing a spacious, nearly quarter-acre grass yard—perfect for reactive, anxious, or high-energy dogs who need room to sprint without outside distractions. Human guests can relax comfortably under our shaded gazebo while dogs explore. We provide everything you need for a perfect visit, including fresh water, clean toys, and a fully stocked waste station (pooper scooper, bags, and dedicated trash bin). Come enjoy a completely private, safe playdate!" We would be honored to share our yard with you and your furry friend. We recently lost our Dog, Bailey Boots who loved to sunbathe and was an anxious reactive dog so this was her safe space. We hope this is the same for you and yours. Note: There are neighbor dogs who go out 2x a day for no longer than 10 min to the right side of our yard. We have 2 indoor cats but they can’t be seen if you are in the yard.

Fully fenced in backyard for your dog(s) to play and run! There is plenty of space for your pup(s) to run around, have fun, and burn off some energy! (Please note, the trampoline seen in the pictures has been removed). There is a water bowl and some poop bags on the cement slab in the backyard (please dispose of the full poop bags in the trash bin at the front of the house), 3 balls also available to play with. There is also a water hose available. If the dog water bowl has no water in it, you are welcome to use the hose to fill it! To get to the backyard, enter through the fence to the right of the garage/house. *Please note: We will remain open during the winter, use at your discretion because there will be snow out there at times. Welcome to this beautiful oasis. A Fenced in yard, with a salt water pool ( with heating option see extra’s) with plenty of seating area to relax. The Fence is not for extremely small dogs as they could get through if they wanted to see pictures. more for medium sized dogs or larger dogs. Small dogs still welcomed just wanted you to be aware. Pull all the way down back - we have Plenty of parking. walk through the gate and enjoy. We allow 2 human guests per visit if you have extra human guests you will have to add on an extra. If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family may be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.
