Whether your pup wants to sprint across open fields, sniff out new trails, or take a refreshing dip, this spot has it all. The Space & Activities: 5 Acres of Fully Fenced Freedom: Let your dogs run wild and free! Our entire perimeter is securely fenced, giving you peace of mind while they burn off all that energy. Private Swimming Pond: Does your dog love the water? We have a beautiful on-site pond that is perfect for doggy paddling, splashing, and cooling down on warm days. Dog towels can be provided. Nature at its Best: The property is surrounded by beautiful, quiet conservation land. We are also located right next door to a horse training property, providing gorgeous views and exciting (but safe!) country sights and smells for your dogs to investigate. Amenities for Pet Parents: Two Comfortable Seating Areas: Kick back, relax, and enjoy the beautiful country scenery. We have two separate seating areas set up so you can comfortably watch your dogs play. Indoor Restroom: Unlike many outdoor spots, we offer access to a clean, indoor bathroom for your convenience during your visit. Vibe: Quiet, rustic, and incredibly spacious. It is the perfect escape from crowded public dog parks and the hustle and bustle of the city. We can't wait to share our slice of the country with you and your furry best friends!

Hi there, welcome! I traded the hustle and bustle of suburban life for the peace and quiet of the country, and it’s been a dream come true. I have two energetic Brittany Spaniels of my own; a 9 month old female, Roxi, and a 9 year old male, Charlie, who absolutely love having all this room to run. Knowing how much they enjoy the open space, I wanted to open up our property to other active dogs who need a safe place to stretch their legs, burn off some energy, and simply enjoy the great outdoors. Our play is open pasture with a pond at the end of the property. One side is lined with trees that back up to Chito Branch Reserve. We do have an open car port that I do my best to keep maintained and free of anything that might be of interest (or harmful!) to curious fur babies. We look forward to sharing our country getaway with you and your pups and welcome any and all feedback to make our place a great getaway for you and your dog(s)!

The pool is large with a sun shelf for small and large dogs toys cool off. There are lounge chairs and outdoor furniture for humans and dog beds for the pups. The pool is independently enclosed so you control access to that area when entering. The pool is kept at 87 degrees. There are water stations and hoses for the pups in both the turf and pool areas. There is an outdoor fridge for the humans if they want to bring water or drinks and keep them cool. Hideaway Trails Retreat is 5 acre half of a fully fenced 10 acre area. There is no fence with the neighboring parcel which is separated by beautiful Florida wild. There is a parking area near the hosts house. Beyond that is trails and forest for our furry friends to play and explore! For now the retreat does occasionally get visited by a friendly free roaming neighbor dog. So if you want a truly private area without interruption, we cannot guarantee that experience until we are able to complete a future fence dividing the neighboring 5 acre parcel.
