Please keep the following in mind during your visit: Uneven terrain: The property includes slopes, stepping stones, tree roots, and natural pathways. Please watch your footing. Thorny plants: Climbing roses and a few other ornamental plants have thorns. Please keep people and pets away from these areas. Wildlife: As a Certified Wildlife Habitat, you may see birds, rabbits, butterflies, frogs, insects, or other small wildlife. Stinging insects may occasionally be present, especially during warmer months. Water feature: Dogs should be supervised around the wading pool and waterfall. Guests are responsible for supervising their dogs and assume the normal risks associated with visiting an outdoor garden environment.

Vaccinations: Proof of current vaccinations is required for all dogs before your visit. Guest Limit: Reservations include up to one vehicle and two people per dog booked. If you need to bring additional guests, please contact us before your visit. Restricted Areas: Please stay within the designated Sniffspot area. The house, garage, and other private areas of the property are not open to guests. Digging: Dogs are welcome to dig in the designated digging area. If your dog digs elsewhere, please fill in any holes before you leave to help keep the yard safe for everyone. Supervision: Dogs must remain under your supervision at all times. Please help us keep the enrichment features in good condition by discouraging destructive behavior. Smoking, Vaping & Alcohol: Smoking, vaping, and alcohol are not permitted anywhere on the property.
