55Beautiful place! It was all clearly marked with signs and they thought of everything (toys, treats, water, poop scooper/bags, etc). There are tables/chairs if needed and plenty of shade from the trees. Fence is reliable so didn't have to worry. There was a cow next door who was curious. The hosts left a treat bag and put up a sign since it was our dog's birthday which was extra nice! Loved it, thanks 😊
55My pup had a lot of fun! We enjoyed meeting the horses. The signs for the Sniffspot helped to locate the area and find out where to park.

55This spot is absolute heaven; I’ve rented many (many) sniffspot locations, and this is easily top 1-2. Clearly (CLEARLY) marked parking and entry, zero confusion or anxiety for doggie parents. Completely enclosed, zero threat of escape 🤣. Huge space, beautifully manicured + a little respite spot for the doggies and adults. Thank you sincerely for the experience!

This is a private, fully fenced backyard made for zoomies, sniffing adventures, and tail-wagging fun. It’s a calm, cozy space where dogs can run free, explore every corner, or simply flop down and relax. While the yard itself is all yours during your visit, other animals and pets may be seen or heard nearby, so there’s always something interesting to watch or listen to. Whether your dog is here to sprint, sniff, or sunbathe, we hope they leave happy, tired, and dreaming of their next visit!

Please arrive and depart only during your booked time window. This helps us avoid overlap with other guests. When you pull into the driveway, you can park in the lot on the right side, or pull up closer to the driveway gate (in front of the garage) for easier and quicker access. Please use the sidewalk gate on the right side of the house (in front of the garage) to enter the yard. Keep pets leashed when entering and exiting the fenced space. Ensure all gates are securely closed before unleashing your dog. Clean up after your pet. Waste bags, a poop scoop, and a trash can are provided. Supervise your dog at all times. Owners are responsible for their pets’ behavior and safety. Limit noise as much as possible, especially excessive barking. No smoking, alcohol, or glass containers on the property. Please do not allow your dogs to dig. Please respect the property. Report any damage or concerns through the app.
