This is an active dog resort, so it’s likely you’ll see people and other dogs at a distance, especially during the day. Quiet times are generally after 6:00pm. Out of respect for our neighbors, **excessive, uncontrolled barking isn't permitted** — but if that’s something you’re currently struggling with, don’t worry. That’s exactly what we specialize in fixing. **if you own a dog care or dog walking business and want to book our space for over 3 dogs, you have to contact us separately due to insurance and safety requirements. We do plenty of business with other dog businesses but we cannot do that here on this platform** Because we’re not as secluded as other Sniffspots, if your dog is constantly reactive, or aggressive and you're not looking to train or improve their behavior, then this may not be the right spot for you. But if you’re ready to work on things, even just a little, we’d love to support you. We have training bolt ons you can add to your booking for training or learning to swim. PUBLIC WASHROOM JUST ADDED - Trailer based toilet next to our patio area. **IMPORTANT** Your booking includes either Area 2 or Area 3 (depending on the size of your dog and which you prefer) If you want to use Area 1, 5 or 6 (our pool areas), please select the relevant extra. Then your booking switch from Area 2/3 to Area 1, 5 or 6. If you want to book Area 3 or 2 in addition to your pool spot (area 1, 5 or 6), please create a new booking without any extra marked so you can then enjoy pool time plus off leash area 2 or 3 to dry off. We have Multiple areas available for rent (privately between you and your friends) ranging in square footage. Area 1 (5,460 sq ft) is a competition spec Dock Diving pool area, great for dogs who are confident swimmers and divers. Area 2 (3,150 sq ft) is great for small dogs and hosts some agility equipment. Area 3 (11,913 sq ft) is great for medium and large dogs. Area 5 is our inground pool which is heated and great for dogs and humans. Area 6 is our freshwater filtered splash pond, great for dogs to learn how to swim. Lastly we have a members only dog park (33,706 sq ft). You and your dog have to pass a recall/body language test to make sure everyone is safe, combined with security cameras our dog park really takes it to a new level of fun and safety. Area 1 - $30/half hour & $45 for 1 hour Area 2 & Area 3 - $10/half hour & $15 for 1 hour. Area 5 - $25/half hour & $40 for 1 hour Area 6 - $20/half hour & $33 for 1 hour. Area 2, and 3 (Dry areas) include up to 3 dogs. Pool areas (1, 5 and 6) include up to 2 dogs. Please select that additional dog extra if bringing more than the specified dogs. Fully Fenced but a small portion is wire fencing (used to be electric fencing but no charge in them now), so might not be appropriate for some small dogs who tend to escape. There is a picture showing that fencing. ☀️ On those hotter days, take advantage of our mostly shaded trails… or if you just need that extra adventure. (*** Trails are not in fenced area) Follow the beautiful manicured trail that wraps around our fields. Eight to ten minutes will get you to the opening of our picturesque gully trail. Gully… so yes that means a hill… but it is gradual. The scenery and the sounds of nature make it so worthwhile. And if your dog loves water, there is the stream to cool off in. 💦 For best trail stay on same side of bridge. (Don’t cross over) OR if not feeling like a gully trail is for you, you can just continue your walk past the opening and enjoy the flat ground around field 🙂 ENJOY! 😊

I am a dog walker and sitter, so I love have furry friends and guests. The Yard isn't anything too special, but is a great place to come and run, get stimulation, and play!

The Pipeline. 6 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park with over 1km of trails

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD. Welcome to "The Pipeline," a field, bush, and forested area with a stream, pond, and trails that dogs are going to love exploring. No neighbours in any direction to hassle you while making all the noise you want. Grass may be tall or short when you arrive, as it is a hay field, with a trail cut around the perimeter, through the middle, and into the forest to get to the pond. Guests are able to explore the whole property, but please stay in the forest and field areas. We have marked the trails with orange tape so that you can follow or just freestyle it and go wherever the nose leads. We realize sometimes dogs get excited and will venture out of those areas, so dont sweat it. As long as they are having fun, just call them back and continue on your way. We do suggest bringing some bug spray/mosquito repellent. There may be some burrs in the bushes,you have to watch for that. I have recently purchased a trail camera to watch for wildlife around the property, so you may once in a while see that put up in various areas.
