Description

Enjoy clean, always green, high-end turf in the securely fenced front yard of this quiet one-way residential street. This well maintained, lush yard was designed with kids and dogs in mind with a tree house, swing, plenty of sun and shade, water hose and many amenities, as well as seating and refreshments for dog parents. Just let me know what you need, and we can probably accommodate. I can’t control the weather, but it’s usually perfect around here anyway!

HOST NOTE

Wooden playhouse roof access is blocked to prevent access to fence-jumping. Small water feature blocked off during visit. Items stored along side of house secured behind a gate/barricade. If you choose to add use of a fire feature (ethanol burning, so low-heat), please do so at your own risk. If you choose to add ping pong table, take care of possible pups underfoot! If you add warm water shower head w/ dog shampoo, monitor water temperature.

Welcome to The Pawfect Escape — where leashes come off, zoomies begin, and tails never stop wagging! 🐾 Tucked away in a quiet Burbank neighborhood, this fully fenced private backyard is your pup’s personal paradise. With approximately 3,000 square feet of open space, there’s plenty of room to run, sniff, roll, explore, and do whatever makes your dog’s heart sing. Easy to find, even easier to love: enter on the right side of the house and look for the Sniffspot sign. The gate is one of the smoothest you’ll ever use — seriously, it’s a delight. Morning visits are especially magical. The sun is gentle, the vibe is peaceful, and street parking is usually a breeze. Street sweeping is 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Tuesdays on my side of the street and Wednesdays on the opposite side, so please check the signs when you park. Just a friendly heads-up: our neighbors have dogs on the other side of the fence. You won’t see them, but you may hear the occasional bark. Most pups settle right in and forget all about it! 🐕 There’s a water spigot on site to keep your pup hydrated. Just turn it on slowly so you don’t end up wetter than your dog! 💧 Our guests have been absolutely wonderful, and I can’t wait to welcome you and your fur baby to The Pawfect Escape. See you soon! 🐶
