55Frida loved everything about this yard. The host was mindful to ask before meeting which I greatly appreciated. There was an assortment of toys and a stick library which was a big hit with my little pup. The yard was large enough to run and get zoomies let out but small enough to not hike from end to the other. It was a perfect play yard with plenty of grass. There is an older dog next door with chain link fence. He seemed sweet and harmless but if your dog is reactive just know there is possibly a dog sighting next door. We will look forward to coming back here for more play.
55This is an awesome location, parking is super and access is super easy. The yard was perfect for my three dogs. There were plenty of toys and water. They loved it. We will definitely be back.

“Next door is a mid-sized black-and-tan mutt named Max, he's very sweet and playful -- not aggressive at all. Like most of L.A., we've spotted coyotes in the area, so while they're probably strenuously avoiding you, be on the lookout.”

“We've got a couple of outdoor stray cats hanging around that a neighbor and I are trying to socialize and find homes for. Generally they know to stay far away from your dogs, but if you see a big black cat, that's Magic, and the smaĺler brown/gray tabby is Oscar.”

“You might hear/see our neighbors in the yard of the two-story house with the pool next door to the west, over the chain-link. Their disabled adult son is confined to a wheelchair, and sometimes his communication sounds like yelling if you've never heard him before. He's okay -- he's just trying to get his caregivers' attention, and he doesn't have many words to communicate with. You might see us wrapping up yard work as you arrive or doing dishes in the kitchen, which overlooks the yard. And like most neighborhoods, there's other people biking, skateboarding, walking dogs, pushing strollers, jogging, etc. outside.”

Open 24 hours in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to major streets/highways. Tree-shaded yard keeps things cool, lots of real grass - no turf! Evenings are nice here! We aren't yet licensed to provide food-service materials (food, drinks, serveware). We can provide a portable Dometic refrigerator, about equal to a medium-sized cooler, for your self-provided food and beverage items, and a serving table. Also available is additional seating on an upholstered patio set for 6-8 people.
