HOST NOTE

Please check out my other spot too which is more private. My neighbors have a greyhound behind a fence that will bark if you walk right up on the fence. If you stay to the right, the trail bypasses the fenced area. This is toward the beginning of the trail. There are some stairs made of wood which leads to a three wire fence which you have to go under to begin the trail. Look immediately right Always stay to the right. If you go to the fork left, you will not be on my property. There is a possibility you may see a rattlesnake which can happen on any remote ca trail, especially in the springtime. Be aware of how to deal with it. I can't evict every form of wildlife on 20 acres. There is some poison oak if you get really far off the trail. Also some people may be up on the public fire road which is where my trail ends. This is not in my control. If you’re going to have a reactive dog off leash, hike at your own risk, it’s possible somewhere off in the distance, your dog could see another dog. It’s also possible that someone may have veered off of the public road onto my trail. This is out of my control. Once again it is an unfenced property. If you are a total, Karen don’t book this place, I’m sure you can find something to complain about. If you are a hiker with a nature sensibility you will find this place to be paradise for its seclusion and quiet. Enjoy thanks for visiting, we really value our patrons!
