The yard features soft, clean turf, plenty of shade, and a refreshing pool for pups who love to cool off and make a splash! And because we believe the humans deserve to be spoiled too, there’s a comfortable shaded area with tables and chairs where you can sit back, enjoy a snack, and watch your pup have the time of their life. We also provide complimentary snacks and refreshments for both pups and their people, because the little extras are what make a visit feel special. Whether your dog needs a safe place to burn off some energy, a private space to practice training, a fun pool day, or simply some uninterrupted sniffing and exploring, we want you to feel like you’ve found your dog’s favorite place away from home. ***Last minute bookings always welcome!*** Welcome to The Pawfect Escape — a quiet, private sanctuary where your dog can simply be a dog. 🐾 If your pup is reactive, nervous, in training, recovering, or just doesn’t enjoy the chaos of a public dog park, this space was made with you in mind. The yard is yours and yours alone for your entire visit — no other dogs sharing the space, no strangers walking up, no surprises around the corner. Just room to run, sniff, roll, explore, and decompress at your own pace. “Thank you so much for hosting us — perfect place for my German Shepherd workouts in privacy without worries about other dogs that might trigger her.” ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — Galina Tucked away in a quiet Burbank neighborhood, this fully fenced private backyard offers approximately 2,500 square feet of open space with a private entry, so you and your dog can come and go without crossing paths with anyone. No chemicals. Ever. 🌱 This yard is completely fertilizer-free and pesticide-free — nothing sprayed, nothing treated, ever. If your dog is a grazer, has allergies, or is sensitive to what's underfoot, they can sniff, roll, and nibble to their heart's content without you having to wonder what they're picking up. Easy to find, even easier to love: enter on the right side of the house and look for the Sniffspot sign. The gate is one of the smoothest you’ll ever use — seriously, it’s a delight. Morning visits are especially magical. The sun is gentle, the vibe is peaceful, and street parking is usually a breeze. Street sweeping is 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Tuesdays on my side of the street and Wednesdays on the opposite side, so please check the signs when you park. One honest heads-up, because I’d rather you know before you book: our neighbors have dogs on the other side of the fence. You won’t see them, but you may hear an occasional bark. Most pups settle right in and forget all about it — and if your dog needs extra buffer, mornings tend to be the quietest. 🐕 There’s a water spigot on site to keep your pup hydrated. Just turn it on slowly so you don’t end up wetter than your dog! 💧 We also have a self-service pool on site if your pup wants to cool off! It’s not pre-filled — you’re welcome to fill it yourself (it takes about 10 minutes to fill completely). Please drain it after use and give it a quick rinse so it’s fresh for the next sniffer! A Quiet Home in Santa Clarita Enjoy a peaceful, comfortable backyard with everything your dog needs to have a great time! We provide a doggie poop scooper, two water bowls, plenty of shade, and quite a few toys to keep them entertained. There’s no pool to worry about and we don’t use any nasty pesticides or harmful fertilizers. The backyard is best described as approximately 90% grass, with the remaining area consisting of clean dirt and paved space—perfect for dogs to play, explore, and relax. For our human guests, there’s a comfortable seating area underneath a gazebo with sun shades to help keep everyone cool and comfortable. Thank you, and we hope you enjoy your stay!
