Leash Policy: Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside the fenced backyard (specifically when walking from the car to the side gate). Arrival/Departure: Guests must not arrive early or stay late. Poop Cleanup: Clean up after your dog immediately. Gate Security: "The gate must be latched and locked upon departure." Quiet Zone: "This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please discourage excessive barking. If your dog is a 'continuous barker,' this may not be the right spot for you." Parking Limit: "Limit of 2 vehicles per booking. Please do not block any neighbor driveways." No Front Yard Access: "The front yard is off-limits. Please proceed directly to the fenced backyard via the side gate."
