This is a nice medium-sized yard in a beautiful neighborhood. A small dog may be able to push out through the main gate, but it’s otherwise well-fenced. Fun times!
Cute little spot for a quick morning play session! Our dog had a great time!

I was visiting from out of town and this was my first time using Sniffspot. I wanted my dog-reactive dog and my people-reactive dog to get a little exercise before visiting my sister. The neighborhood seemed safe enough on a palm tree lined street but I was still a little wary. As mentioned in other reviews, there is the neighbor’s barking dog and neighbor just by the entrance. I had to keep a short leash and distract my reactive dogs as we entered/exited. The chain link gate only had a bungee cord to keep it closed, so I used the large garbage cans to create an extra visual block out. Once blocked, my dogs could focus a little more on playing ball. The yard was tidy for the most part but there was some dried up poop and the dog bowl was pretty dirty. I just used one of my plastic bags to give my dogs water. There was a good amount of shade and the price was decent for size of the yard. I parked on the street but it would have been nicer to park in the driveway to make bringing my dogs in and out a little less stressful. Overall, definitely better than a dog park and if I were in the area and could park in the driveway, I would come back.
Great yard! Very clean with lots of space. My dog loved running around here. We will definitely be back!
We had a great time! Very convenient location and my dogs had a great time.

Just know water, a water bowl would be nice and a ball
Host replied: Thank you!! Just ordered 🙌
The backyard was clean and the chairs were comfortable. There was also plenty of shade. It would be helpful to bring your own bowl because there is a hose for water but nothing to put water in. Though this listing is categorized as “no dogs seen or heard” that is not exactly the case. The neighbor’s dog is visible through the chain link and barked at our pups for half of our time. We have a reactive dog so that was difficult, and it kept our other dog from relaxing because he just kept trying to engage through the fence. It was nice after the neighbor took his dog inside, but before that it was tricky. Though there are no dogs seen or heard at the actual property, it is misleading when the neighbor dog is just on the other side of chain link. We would return because of the affordable price and otherwise it was very pleasant, but you do have to hope the neighbor takes their dog in.

Booked our first sniff spot! Our dog had an amazing time running around the yard and everything was to be expected - chairs, some shade, a water hose for water. There weren’t poop bags but we brought our own and a collapsible bowl. There was also a frisbee there for her to play with. There was the reactive dog in the side yard I saw in other reviews but it calmed down after awhile!
Host replied: Hi Nick, thanks for coming. Glad you and your dog had a nice time!
My puppy and I loved this backyard. It was a decent size. We are new to Sniffspot but we will definitely be back. She was able to play with her ball and was playing a Frisbee she found. She had a beautiful time.

We had a lovely visit for my greyhound's birthday with a big pack of friends. Lots of room to sniff around but they spent most of the time relaxing in the shade. There were no water bowls or dog bags that we could see but everyone came prepared. The listing also says there's bathroom access but I wasn't sure if anyone was home, so I don't know how that works.

Hi! I am a Los Angeles area realtor who recently purchased this duplex. The yard still needs a little bit of renovation, but it is a spacious area and dogs will love it! The surface is decomposed granite in case you were wondering 👍. I hope you enjoy the space. As a local realtor, I know this area very well. If you have any questions any homes in the neighborhood, or really anything real estate related in Los Angeles, feel free to message me! THANK YOU! Tim
