55Loved the property. The first time we've ever used sniff spot, so I wasn't sure what to expect. We are coming from Knoxville with a small backyard, so we only used a small portion of the property. I have dog reactive dogs, so I didn't want to go too close to their house where they keep their dogs in a fenced-in yard. There is a pond right when you come into the property, so that's where we parked and played. One of the owners came down to make sure everything was good, asked if we needed water for the dogs. He also he also he also said he also said he also said that he also said that there was more property if we came up to the house, there was a big field behind the house that we could use. But because of the close proximity to their dogs being fenced in, I didn't want to use that portion but might consider it one of the next go-arounds. They're very nice and I will most likely use this property again.

Description

Got 6.5 acres of land, little pond at the front entrance then up by the house big field dogs can run in. People can sit on the deck if they like. We do have a couple of dogs but they are fenced in so they will not bother you.
