No leashes needed. The yard’s perimeter is secured by a 6 foot wooden privacy fence - with no chance of escaping. The yard features a rolling hill and a pet perfect salt water pool. The grounds have a undeveloped forest behind. We have no HOA rules, no sanctions for rambunctious happy barking. So go crazy - bark, swim, romp and let your dog(s) live their best lives. A big, fully fenced backyard in the heart of Cedar Bluff! Just off Pellissippi at Dutchtown Road, enjoy a quiet neighborhood setting where your pups can run and play. We have plenty of comfortable seating and are happy to provide a sprinkler for your dog to play in. We also provide some balls and other toys for your pups to enjoy!

Here there is enough space for running around and chasing the ball! Large dogs are welcomed, but I believe this spot is best suited for small to medium sized doggos! Directly outside of the fence is a table and some chairs. The table should stay in place, but chairs are welcome to be moved so long as they are put back. Parking is available in front of my house on the street. Warnings: - There is a grated drain at the bottom of the backyard! Use caution around that area. - Security system is in use with a camera, however, I respect your privacy so long as you respect mine! :)

My dog Haven is a great place for a medium size dogs or a small dogs it has a grassy area for them to roll around in as well as a shaded are but does get plenty of sun there is also a concrete area an the yard is fenced in so there can't be anyone getting lose an a whole family that loves animals so they will have plenty of attention
