Welcome to T.T.'s Happy Place, a private 50-acre off-leash paradise nestled within a beautiful 90-acre family property just outside the heart of Jamestown. Guests can enjoy a fully stocked fishing pond, a 30-foot-wide creek perfect for exploring, and wide-open fields where dogs can run freely and families can play games or sports. Keep an eye out for arrowheads and other treasures as you wander the property. For relaxation, you'll find boats available for paddling on the pond, comfortable hammocks for unwinding, and a picnic table with a fire pit for grilling and gathering with friends and family. This land has been in my family for over 100 years and holds a special place in my heart. I'm excited to share a little piece of this peaceful haven with you and your beloved dogs. Whether you're looking for adventure, relaxation, or simply a safe place for your pups to roam, I hope you'll feel right at home here.

Getting in the creek right after it has rained is Strictly prohibited. No hunting. Fishing is allowed. Note: This property is not fenced. Dogs should be under voice control or on leash if needed. Wild animals may be present on and around the property.

Please also clean up after yourselves and dispose of all trash in the garbage can located by the barn. The barn is not available for guest use and is reserved for the property caretaker only.
